Supply and laying GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for filling the disturbed road opening for cable crossing include levelling with road surface and smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cast Iron body air release valve confirming to IS 14845:2000 with two air outlets both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete of size 50 mm, pressure rating PN- 1.6 complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Booster pump suitable for 415 V, 3 phase system having capacity 5 HP.and pumping water upto min 25 Mtr head with min discharge 6 LPS with all necessary accessories and fittings including PVC insulated & PVC Sheathed 3 core 06 Sqmm copper cable from motor to starter with protection pipe and necessary suitable size foundation in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm gradeed stone aggregate suction and delivery suitable bore pipe and mounting arrangement I, connecting with pipe line with all connecting accessories complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for construction of valve chamber of size 1500 x 1500 x 1500 mm (Internal) including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2), 15cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 above Ground Level, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 3 mm MS angles complete with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all metal works & two coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chambers etc complete all as shown on drg as specified and directed.
