Note :- 1. LT Panel shall be fabricated from CPRI approved Manufacturer and manufacture as per site space measured by contractor. 2. Taking down old APFC panel and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150/175/200 kVAr new APFC panel suitable for 500 KVA transformer totally enclosed, metal clad, sheet steel fabricated, fixed feeder type, dust and vermin proof, free standing , floor mounting type . The enclosure shall be pre treated as per 9 tank process and finished with powder coating of shade RAL 7032. The panel shall be factory OEM . The panel should be as per IEC 61439 & IEC 61921, rated system voltage 440 volt, short circuit rating more than 35 KA, altitude 1000 m, ambient temperature -5 degree C to 45 degree C, power supply 3 phase 4 line , relay current input signal 5A from CT online. The load bearing structure is made of 2 mm sheet steel and the front door and partition are made of 1.6 mm thickness IP 42. The capacitor element used in unit shall be metallized polypropylene film having low loss dielectric impregnated with such impregnant, which shall have high dielectric constant , low viscosity and high chemical stability. The operating temp of capacitor shall be 65 degree centigrade. The capacitor shall have maximum operating loss of 0.45 W/ KVAR. The capacitors shal have miximum 250 % overload current carrying capacity or rated current. The maximum inrush current carrying capacity of capacitor bank shall be 350 times of capacitors bank rated current. Supply of PVC DLP - On wall trunking 195MMX50MM with 2 Compartment with all finishing accessories (end, joint of lid, joint of body,interior angle, exterior angle, flat angle, derivation) confirming standard EN 50085-2-1.Trunking should accept Wiring device with all the functions by associating the accessory of installation.Trunking should confirm to the current specifications of NF C 68-104 in terms of both performance and level of functions provided by the system. Installation trunking (which carries electrical wiring accessories) should be type 3 (installation)in the new standard.Material should be Non-flame propagating. Degrees of protection provided by enclosure should be IP 40. Protection against mechanical impact should be IK 07. Trunking should be delivered in length of 2m. The trunking covers and partitions should be in PVC white RAL 9003.The accessories should be in plastic ABS white RAL.
