Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (with 40mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, for filling in road cutting or hard standing, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height, copings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, for filling in road cutting or hard standing, cills, steps, seismicand other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height, copings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete sur faces or making good surface as per existing in CM 1 :4 all as finishing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core all as including testing after laid and jointed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

All as per item No. 8 above but cable size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 8 above but cable size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soft soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of electric cable of size 63mm outer diameter and 51mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix thermoplastic cable entry junction boxes of size 250 x 220 x 135mm and IP-65 protection level with metric knock out fixed on poles with MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including MCB SPN, 6-32 amps, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50Hz including necessary incoming and outgoing electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc., separate (detachable) gland plate, bakelite connector 4 way 20 amp, dust and vermin proof, front door opening with hinges and locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, erecting & fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate, pole cap, nut bolt washer etc type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) swaged poles conforming to IS 2713 (Part-I to III) 1980 all as specified including two coats of black bitumen paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer (externally) and numbering of poles as directed including excavation /earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm aggregate for pole foundations of size 600x600x1500mm height upto ground level and using PCC 1:2:4 B-1 for coping with size 450x450x300mm including necessary formwork complete with including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork & PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Materials and labour as in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 M below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 M below normal ground level , connected to and including GI wire 4.0 mm as earth lead soldered and riveted to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel with connected to test point and testing on completion including 40mm GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection from earth point to earth plate, including provn adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with 35 % common salt to a packed thickness of not less than 32 cm in alternate layers of charcoal and salt on all sides of earth plate with 20mm bore medium grade GI Pipe for watering,GI check nut, funnel and wire mesh with and including all necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance 50 metre, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in earth pit, 40 mm thick RCC cover using cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with & including 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c Both way with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including form work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.

Materials and labour as in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch/control board upto 7.5m away from the earth electrode including excavation earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab char coal, watering pipe, wire mesh lugs, earth lead protection pipe 40 mm bore, light grade 7.5m long as applicable and as per plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 and all as specified. (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil. (b) Drilling of holes in electrode (c) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1. (d) 40mm thick Pre-cast RCC cover with suitable handle. (e) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore ,medium grade & copper lug etc. (f) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 7.50 m long for protection of earthing lead. (g) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (h) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion. Notes:- On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement 1100 Volts grade Copper conductor, PVC insulated, round sheathed (flexible), industrial cable, 1.5 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of upto 110mm bore HDPE pipe/ GI pipe of any description below/under existing road surfaces/apron /floors etc with using mechanical and / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Pipes shall be laid minimum 60 cm below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc. (ii) Equipment, tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, 100 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving/ protection of cable etc fixed on pole / wall etc. with and including suitable size of MS clamp and nut, bolt, washer etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator made out of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 of size 60cm x 15cm x 5cm thick grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 pillar fo size 30cm x 30 x 45cm in ground with and including necessary foam work and making on board MES LT Cable with arrow indicating cable path (marking shall be engraved and colour painted), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning in replacement of LT panel board / feeder pillar box, outdoor cubicle type, vermin proof, dust proof (of CPRI approved manufacturer), fixed on 50x50x5mm MS angle iron frame fixed 300mm above ground level and 450mm below the ground level grouted in and including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) and plane made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet for both outer shell and 2.00mm hick for inner shell both side open able supported on and including ISMC 75 X 40mm powder coated steel frame and totally powder coated with epoxy siemen grey colour from inside and outside with locking arrangement and fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, with naturally air cooled epoxy insulated aluminium busbar TPN suitable for 800 Amps with detachable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable including termination of cable ends both incoming and outgoing with sufficient working space inside complete,all control cables shall be of 2.5 Sqmm copper multi stranded conductors and shall be properly bunched with suitable size binding materials , ferruled for proper identification of colour codes and crimped with adequate size of lugs also to accommodate and consisting of the following items, all as specified and as directed.
