Supply and fix FRP looping box of size 300x200x105 mm with connector and comprising of MCB SP 6 Amps, ISI marked,240V complete with and including providing GI clamps,nuts bolts etc suitable for fixing on PCC pole/ wall/steel tubular pole etc and including removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper conductor cable, PVC insulated, sheathed,flexible, multistranded,ISI marked, 1100 volts grade, 3 core ;1.5 sqmm and including connection and testing inlcuding removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable jointing kit in replacement for 1100 volts grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm, also with and including connecting single ferrules/thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed

M&L cable jointing kit in replacement for 1100 volts grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint, complete with and including jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm, also with and including connecting single ferrules/thimbles etc after disconnecting of electric supply including burnt out jointing kit etc, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED flood light 120watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Indoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. Material and labour in repairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 X 4 mm from earth electrode to test point or up-to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I provision of G I Pipe 40mm bore eight grade for protection of GI strip and GI watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade,GI funnel with wire mesh,including char-coal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers,PCC earth pit chamber 1:3:6 type C1,RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1,excavation,earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing for required value complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for cable tray 200mm wide x 50mm deep with coupler plates, hot dip galvanised with standerd slot pattern thick duly pre-treated with hot dip galvanised in seven tank process, perforated type including provision of fixing arrangment, nuts & bolts etc for proper securing to walls/ beams or suspended from ceiling or along with road with mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foudation after taking down old unserviceable cable tray with fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying GI pipe light graded of size 40 mm dia in trenches and fixing on wall / pole with help of suitable size MS clamp for cable protection all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium strip 25x3 mm for roof and down conductor on any type wall surface with necessary fixing arrangement by providing porcelain base at 60 cm interval and using cadmium plated fixing screws including removal of old unsv all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper strip 20 x 3.15mm buried in ground and on wall surface as per site requirement (for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meters per earth, if so required at site ) and interconnection of earth pits complete including removal of old unsv all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm buried in ground and on wall surface as per site requirement (for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meters per earth, if so required at site ) and interconnection of earth pits complete including removal of old unsv all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair chemical earthing pit with copper earth plate of size 3ft X 2ft X 5mm thick buried directly in gournd vertically to a depth not less than 2.25M below normal ground level , connected to & including 32 X 6 mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper and connected to test point including brazing and excvation and earth work in any type of soil , charcoal 250 KG , Crystal salt 200 KG, magnesium sulphate of 100 KG and vegetable soil all around the plate 35 CM depth bottom to top of the plate full width of pin including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber of internal size 300 X 300 X 300 mm with wall thick ness of 120mm and 700 X 700 X 150mm bed concrete , precast PCC salb 50mm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali( weight not less than 4.00 Kg/sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel, with wire mesh, 25mm bore medium grade GI waterin pipe, lugs, 80mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe , test point etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate included for testing,commisioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Vendors are bound to get earthing result upto1 Ohm , Any additional work and material required to achive the required result is included in the cost (iii) Earth strip upto 7.5m shall be included in Quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair tubes, 'medium grade',galvanised,with all fitting,of dia 40 mm,jointing errecting the pipe for lightening protection at any height with flat angle support to base all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable mannual call point (MCP) and supply, installing and commissioning of double action pull puhs type manual call point glass break system, housed in MS enclosure with mounting accessories complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable smoke detector and supply, installing and commissioning of smoke detector, fixing at any height with all accessories complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable sensors and other parts of fire alarm control panel and Supply, install, test and commisisoning sensors and other parts and make serviceable to fire alarm control panel analogue adressable,single loop type networkable,LCD display including monitor module and electric supply AC,240 volts, automatic battery charger 24volts SMF batteries sufficient for 24 hrs normal working and for 30 min on full alarm condition with in built loop card. The warranty of the sensor and other parts will be submitted after installation (for Item No 37 to 39 above) .The batteries shall be mounted on wall surface with necessary steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable MCCB 3 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Chemical dosing system suitable to inject solution upto 25LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5HP, 1400RPM including all connecting pipe with suitable NRV assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blades duly FRP coated in and incl plastic mounted PE/FRP tank 150Ltr capacity all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Ferrule for connecting chlorine discharge pipe shall be included in quoted rate, nothing extra shall be on this account.

Supply & fix fans wall mounting fan 400 mm sweep,230 volts, single phase oscillating, white in color with all accessories and fitting at any height all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring for one light point/fan point/ bell point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated FR LS copper conductor single core multi strand flexible cable and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable (green color) as earth lead in and including PVC casing and caping heavy duty with all fittings (ISI Marked) , controlled by one switch including CI/MS sunk box of required size, & as directed by Engr in Charge & 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing specification complete all as specified. for One 5 pin 6 amps socket point controlled by one 6 amps switch on independent board .
