Comprehensive routine maintenance of fully automatic electrically operated lift of capacity 08 passenger (544 Kgs), up & down. Collective/selective with microprocessor base auto control panel, sliding doors serving G+14 floors MRL, gearless type including repairs/ replacement of minor defective parts, oiling, greasing & lubricant of movable parts, bearing, bushes, shoes, linors, door header, door luck & landing control cards, auto door sensor, all type of safety locks, magnetic locks, car cabin position indicator, push buttons and internal control cable wiring, cabin fan & cabin lights etc complete all as specified and directed. Location:- Brahmputra Lift No1 – 01 Nos Lifts Make:- Kone

Location:- Brahmputra Lift No.3 - 01 Nos Lifts Make:- Kone Notes for SI Item Nos 1 to 8:- (i) This schedule 'A' Part-I does not include the items covered under Sch A Part - II. (ii) All the items required for the smooth and perfect working of the lifts other than those covered under Sch A Part - II shall be deemed to be included in this schedule. (iii) Cleaning of machine rooms and lift pit, drain out water from lift pit shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(B) SCHEDULE A PART- II (REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT) Supply fixing and testing on ground new battery operated Auto Rescue device PCB CARD suitable for 13 Passengers (884 Kgs) lift, serving (G+12) and compatible with V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new battery VVVF/controller drive PCB card suitable for 08 Passengers (844/544 Kgs) lift, serving (G+12)/(G+14) and compatible with existing V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair complete Battery EBD Mono 12 V 12 AH for Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair complete Battery EBD Mono 12 V 7 AH for Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep of make VBM or equivalent ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair emergency light unit UPS with battery of 600 VA complete all as specified and directed at directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of overspeed Governor over load 35 suitable capacity for 8/13 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair complete infra red door protection edge for full height of car door edge suitable for any lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable car operating push button unit with stainless steel face plate 2.0 mm thick (size 180 mm x 1000 mm) having row of buttons for G+11 floors/ stop alarm DO-DC fan light Auto / attendant key etc with combined LED/LCD position indicator with arrow indicator for lift, all as specified and as directed for 08 /13 Passenger lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable landing push button box complete with stainless steel face place 2.0 mm (size of existing ) thick having push buttons and combined LED position indicator and arrow indicator complete including cutting to walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed wall surfaces for lift, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Guide Shoe suitable for 8/13 Passanger Lift of bldg No. 127

Taking down old unserviceable ELCB 63 Amp 300mA and supply and fix new ELCB 63 Amp 300mA , 415 Volt, 4 pole, enclosures to house the ELCB with existing arrangements fixing the Enclosures suitabale to surface out of wall by means of (plate of size 18 mm dia) wooden sheet Plywood including nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LED bulb and S&F new LEDbulb of 12 watt suitable in lift shaft complete all as specified and directed at bldg Brahmaputra, Agastya, Suvarna.

Taking down old unserviceable LED light and S&F new LED light of 12 watt recess mounted suitable in lift cabin complete all as specified and directed at bldg Brahmaputra, Agastya, Suvarna.

S & F in repairs steel wire rope 08 mm dia (8 X 19) constructions, fibre core, 1420 N per sq mm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(C) SCHEDULE A PART- III (MANNING AND OPERATION) Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of two lifts per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i) P-122 (ii) P-118 (02 Nos lift operators will be deployed only after commissioning of new lifts i.e P-118 -02 Nos)

Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of three lifts per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No:- (i) P-120, (ii) P-121 (iii) P 123, (iv) P 127 (v) P-112, (vi) P-107 (04 Nos lift operators will be deployed only after commissioning of new lifts i.e P-112-02Nos, P-107-02 Nos) Notes for Sl item no 24 and 25:- 1. Tradesman must have wear uniform and safety shoes with necessary toos on duty time. 2. Duty roster, daily log book and attendance register to be compulsory maintain and update regularly. 3.Lifts must be keep cleaned and presentable conditions including sorrounding area. 4. Due to BER, Lift operator at P-118, P-112, P-107 will be deputed only after atleast one new lift installation in these location and necessary direction will given to contractor to execute operator on this location other wise Operator will not measured in these location.
