M & L for removing loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar, loose concrete from Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers, slabs and other marine structure, cleaning the surface with wire brush to remove all dirt, dist, cleaning with water and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent of Fosroc's Nitobond for bonding between old and new surface and applying microconcrete around edges, including all lifts, shuttering and safety measures as per site condition and removing debries out side MD land complete all as directed. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor..

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar from RCC columns, beams, walls, chajja etc and exposing the reinforcement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforcement bars, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing ready mix polymer plaster not less than 25mm thick (1:5:15 , polymer, cement and quartz sand) and finally finishing the surface as specified and directed including necessary scafolding and safety measures and removing debries out side MD land. Note: i) The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.. ii) New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Replacement of TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including cut to length, bent to shape required, drilling, cranking, bending and fixing to new reinforcement or welding wherever required and fixing the bars with epoxy putty complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only ready mix microconcrete mixture.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja/floor slope cement complete including cutting construction/expansion joint and filling bitumen as a binding agent all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering, throating and use of forms, moulds or machine moulds etc, setting in cement mortar (1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified . Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves/slab including supt-ports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc.for rough finished surface of concrete flat.

M&L for form work to sides of square, rectangular or polygonal pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted wall surfaces, filling holes and cracks with filling putty on wall and applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified..

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces in ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 20mm thick in two coats(15mm inner coat + 5mm finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including Pidiproof LW+water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work.

Supply and fix in repairs anchor bolt fasteners of size 300mm long and 25mm dia including drilling holes in timber, as required and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: In case of non availability of required length and dia of fastener bolt, next higher size as available in market will be used for work without any extra cost .

M & L for Core cutting with mechanical instrument in RCC jetties slabs, corner, stone boulder on jetty corner /jetty wall etc shape min 200mm long and 25mm to 30mm dia including filling with epoxy hardener all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth and applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions

M&L for complete removal of existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of RCC/PCC roof top surfaces to remove all dirt, dust etc and applying bitumen primer @ 0.8 Kg per Sqm ,apply evenly a coat of cold bituminous at 1 Kg per Sqm, applying seating cloth over cold bituminous and finaly paving bitumen of any penetration at 2.5Kg per Sqm com plete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT CRS bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips complete all as specified .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description.

S&FM & L for mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

M & L for structural steel framed works such as angle, channel, grating, gate, ladder etc.confirming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 as in supporting structure of duct, drain edge etc including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Stainless steel decorative railings (grade 316), staircase railing (design and pattern as approved) made out of made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waiste slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Stainless steel decorative railings chain alloy (grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Ditto all as per item No. 37.00 above but plain galvalume sheets for ridges etc all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete in jetty , dock,retaining wall, piers of jetty and bottom portion of deck slab etc above sea with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques with water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface and removing all sea vegetation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti carbonation paint DEKGUARD S of FOSROC over a coat of primer DEKGUARD of FOSROC over vertical concrete surface in jetty/dry dock above sea level all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- For item No 40.00 & 41.00 : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or civil boat or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety arrangement and no extra payment shall be given tothe contractor.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles including copings etc.and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate), exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for erecting & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for caring out external face work of walls all as specified & directed.
