M & L for RCC M-30 design mix for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M & L for RCC M-30 design Mix as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts completed all as specired and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 for lintel beams, roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design Mix as in Chajjas all as specifed and directed

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with m.s wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia

M&L for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over and upto and including 10mm dia as in spacers , stirrups and binder binding with m.s wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for steel Formwork to sides of footings and pedestals, plinth beams for rough finished surfaces completed all as specified and directed

M & L for steel Form work to sides of column square or rectangular in plan for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel Form work to side and soffits of Chajjas, troughs and similar items in cluding edeges completed all as specified and directed

M & L for steel Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Returning, filling in trenches using excavated soil, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for Cement Concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick in floor sub base

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed base laid & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing (Mirror finish) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 300x200/300 x 450x6 to 7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles digital type on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to step set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces on external surface of walls in two coats (15mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick setting coat) mixed with water proofing compound finished fair & even without using extra cement.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

M & L for Prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including prepration of surface complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic base paint exterior grade (100% Acrylic) including bio washing over a coat of primer etc. complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone ( greenish colour, pre mirror polished) slab in one piece as in double steps cill of aluminium slding window 18 to 20 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut Kota stone ( greenish colour, pre mirror polished) slab in one piece as in lintel and and sides of aluminium sliding window 18 to 20 mm thick over 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws locking arrangements etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Minimum 25 micron anodisation for all aluminium sections)

M&L powder coated aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section of ‘F’ section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 (DG-102 (80 X 66 mm aperture) all complete.

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all complete.

S & F Aluminium wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, cut to required size and fixed to Aluminium doors,windows shutter aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L fabrication of mild steel work as in posts,purlins,crane gantires, rafter ,rails,wind tie nut & bolt etc and fasteningsetc and heavy brackets framing (MS tube, beam,tee,angle,channels,flat section etc and other sections) including distance pieces,cleats etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and Fixing in position Pre painted galvalume sheet aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour as in roof covering/claddig to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa yield strength and zinc (galvanised) + Aluminium combined coating of 150 GSM/PM2(AZ-150) of 50mm TCT having top colour coat of regular modified polyester/silicon modified polyester/HDEP polyester of 18 to 20 micron and back coat of 5 to 7 micron Epoxy primer fixes. RMR 1040 profile width 1125mm Note : The sheet shall be fixed to MS angle with or J hook with incl. wind ties etc & wind ties shall be measured seperately all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick GRG false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Ffibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture design and patterns having moisture content less that 2% humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225 : 1987, Noncombustible as per BS 476 (Part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T - Grid of hot dippend galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross- T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) ie 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L- shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre and 40mm long dry wall wood screws, the work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggegate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase to floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggegate as in floor, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of joints expanded metal whilst the concrete is green all as directed .

M&L broken stone or boulders of hard core n exc 63 mm deposited, spreaded and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for sand cushioning under interlocking paver blocks watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for Factory Made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepolished coloured chequerd floor tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed. Colour, size and pattern shall be approved by GE. (Cement Mortar screed bed shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for extra forming fair finished drain or channel inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopper ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including fabrication framed work in MS iron such as grills, gratings gate fencing , etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or bolted with nuts and bolts framework conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, including taking down all parts complete push pull or manual type all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down cement plaster of any discription including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removal of debris outside defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base to floors, pavements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc.

Dismantiling of Asbestos cement/Galvalume (Corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, , coping etc concrete complete all as specified and directd.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L applying one coat of Cement Base Paint on old plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified.

Removal of debries outside of MD land exc1.5 Km complete as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
