Supply, fix, testing and commissioning Centrifugal Exhaust Blower of radial flow type of capacity 5 H.P, 3 phase ,50 Hz 440 V ,2800-3000 R.P.M,7500 CFM ( Cubic Feet Per Minute) with sound insulation, made of high quality, corrosion resistant material like MS/Stainless steel to withstand humid and greasy conditions, fan blades made of durable material such as aluminium/Galvanised steel and blades be backward curved, Pressure 400mm WG (Milimeters of water gauge) and variable speed control, to adjust with cooking intensity, to overcome duct resistance, filters and bends in the system, noise range between 50-70 db, must allow to adjust the blower speed based kitchen activity levels and exhaust requirements with 3-Phase Foot Mounted a complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material, Labour and testing for stainless steel 202, 1mm 20 Gauge Box Type Single Island Type Hood with 100 CFM per 12 inches of stove width and installing above 24-30 inches above gas/electric cooktops and ensuring that the hood to be centered above cooking area to maximize airflow and capture all smoke and steam, with necessary hanging arrangements and adjustable mounting brackets to accomodate ceiling heights and ensure proper clearance above the cooktops including Fabrication Work For Hood Installation Without Oil Filters of Size:-120”X46”X18”. Making And Fitting On Site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for stainless steel 202 0.8 mm, 22 Gauge Box Type Mesh Oil Filters to filter impurities such as dirt water and sludge from the oil and other fules used in combustion system feeding a chimney to ensure efficient combustion with flow meters to monitor flow rate of oil and identify when the filters are clogged, automatic cleaning mechanisms for filters and digital monitoring sensors to detect pressure and made of corrosion resistant metals such Stainless steel with sturdy, durable box type construction to withstand high temperatures & oil pressure and sealing mtrl such as gasket seals made of high temp resistance mtrl such as silicone or EPDM to prevent oil leakage, filter media made of stainless steel mesh/sintered metal/fiberglass and filters should have micron rating of 5 to 10 microns as per manufacturers recommendation and filteration capacity to match with the flow rate of 3000 CFM with that oil burner or heatin system, also have bypass valve to prevent cloggging or pressure buildup if the filter becomes too dirty, complying to ISO-16889 and of Size:-500mm X 500mm X 50mm Making And Fitting On Site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
