M&L for cleaning thoroughly by using wire brush/coconut coir of walls and floor of Semi Under Ground Open Sump (SWT) of capacity 0.5 Lakh Ltr TO 0.9 Lakh ltr at COD and ODTD SWT and taking out all accumulated silt, foreign materials etc including disposal of materials n.exc. 50 mtr as directed and cleaning of chocked pipes etc by applying soda lime solutions with white primer one coat and writing Tank capacity by Paint all as directed.

Taking up of Existing cast iron water mains (including all fittings) DI Pipe,with spigot and socket end sand lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of water pipe 100 mm dia all as directed... Note: (i) Earthwork will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Old unserviceable pipe to be deposited in MES store yard the cost including the transportation of old pipe from site to E/M store yard..

Taking up unserviceable CI/DI fittings and supply and fixing any type radius and angle taper any type (Straight) bend increasing decreasing or double socket etc Tee pieces, single branch ‘Y’ junction double branch, coller, capacity and plugs for 100 mm bore to 200 mm bore CI pipe conforming to IS-1538- 1993 complete and all as specified.

Taking up or down the GI Pipe 40/50/80mm size steel galvanized water tubing with all necessary fittings complete from walls / floor or trenches all as directed.

Cleaning,washing,descaling the of water pipe 40/50 mm dia serviceable GI pipe .Refixing/re-laying in same icluding necessary fitting/ fixture in same tranches or new location all as directed

Repair of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 100x100x100 cms suitable for sluice valves upto 100mm size, with , brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, including MS sheet cover of thickness 2 mm on 50x50x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement and removing the debris from the site or as specified and all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable feeder pillar/panel of any type any capacity,supplying, designing, fabricating, erecting, connecting, testing & commissioning outdoor type vermin & weather proof totally enclosed double door type feeder pillar box front and back operated with hood (Canopy) on top, sufficient ventilation on sides, cubicle type, compartmentable fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated texture finish colour. The panel shall be erected on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame and shall be pre-wired with PVC insulated copper conductor cable for monitors & Heat shrinkable PVC insulated sleeves, copper strips of appropriate current carrying capacity for connecting the incoming and outgoing MCCBs including reconnecting of existing serviceable cable / new cable with lugs & Brass cable glands. The panel shall consisting of following accessories :- (i) Colour coded copper bus bar 400 Amp rating 3 Phase & Neutral. (ii) Epoxy insulator 16 Nos . (iii) Digital Volt meter 0 to 500 V with selector switch -01 Set (iv) Digital Ammeter with CT 0 to 100A with selector switch -01 set. (v) LED indicators R,Y &B - 01 Set. (vi) Angle Iron stand made out of 50x50x6 mm of suitable size & upto 0.6 mtr high above GL - 01 job. (vii) Internal connection to MCCBs/ MCBs with copper busbar/wiring - 01 Job. (viii) The panel shall provisioned compartments for fixing the following:- (a) MCCB 160Amp TPN,( as in comming)- 01 No. (b) MCCB 63 Amp TPN, (outgoing) - 02 Nos). (c) MCCB 40Amp TPN,(outgoing) - 02 Nos (d) DOL Starter suitable for submersible pump 10 HP-01 Nos Note: (1) The Feeder pillar panel should be front & back openable and hinged door lock handle (2) The door should be tightened with rubber gasket (3) Each compartment have door, lock and Main bus bar and MCCB input & outgoing connection should be suitable size copper bus bar, nut & bolts etc (4) All incomming & out going cable connected through new suitable size copper gland and aluminium lugs, nut & bots etc. (5) This item not include the cost of MCCBs & MCBs, This should be measured and paid as separate item remaining all accessories are included in this cost.

Taking down the unserviceable submersible cable Supply ,laying ,connecting the same of size 10 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conducter all as directed- Make :- Havells/ Polycab/Vishal.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Excavation in trenches Soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point of any type of excavation all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
