Labour only for Installation, testing & commissioning of centrifugal pump set, horizontal split casing type with bronze impeller, with all required fittings and accessories including connection with suitable size copper conductor single core of dischage capacity upto 500 LPM, head upto 25 M, coupled with sqqueral cage induction motor of capacity upto 5HP, three phase, 415 volts, 50Hz including necessory foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for Installation, testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts of cap upto 25 KVA, 3 -phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure of make Ashok Leyland suitable for ambient condition at Deolali including necessory foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .Notes :- (i)The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of oil (diesel) and necessary lubricants for successful testing by rep of Accepting officer. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load for testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be inclusive in above offer. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including of half an hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements are to be made by the contractor for tests.

Notes for Item Nos 1 to 16 above:- (a) Materials/ items required for fixing /l aying only will issued by department from store yard of AGE E/M Deolali. (b) It will be contractors responsibility to deemad, load, transport and unload at site of work. Rates quoted deemed to include this aspect.

Supply and installation of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fix to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos, 8 mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw and cover box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15mm cross section complete saddles and fixing screwes and insulators for roof conductors/down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing with 600x600x6.00 mm Galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to and including Galvanised steel Strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel with and including 40 mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia medium grade G.I. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M& L for construction of valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm internal dimensions with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) sub base of floor, 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor finished even and fair without using extra cement, one brick thick brick work in CM 1:4 , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including 3 mm thick MS sheet pit cover fixing with angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm thick complete with locking arrangement having provision of lifting handle including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface and excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil up to 50 mtr distance complete and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for pipes including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, for bolting or riveting with and including bolts and revets, etc upto 200 mm., including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as required at site for clamping,railings,cable duct covers, supports, MS rod for operating valve etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
