Description all as per Sl item No. 15 above but cable of size 25 Sqmm 4 core Note for Item No 15 to 18 :- (i) During earth work for laying of cable, any damage to the existing services will be made serviceable without any extra cost within 24 hrs. (ii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate for understanding the scope of work.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement aluminium strip at any height of size 25 mm x 3.15 mm to procelain insulator with suitable saddles & fixing screws etc on roof or on wall (upto appx. 35 feet above GL) including of bitumen washer, nuts, bolts, etc. required to fix the strip on existing serviceable or new insulators complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling, welding, etc. required for fixing of strip and insulators on the any existing surface like PCC wall, asbestos sheet, etc. at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Description all as per Sl item No.19 above but GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement air termination at any height, single pointed, aluminium rod 19 mm dia and 600 mm long to be screwed and sturdily fixed to GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two no. sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos.) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- PCC block required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix in repairs/replacement air termination at any height, single pointed, aluminium rod 19 mm dia and 300 mm long to be screwed and sturdily fixed to GI pipe of 40 mm dia with and including two no. sets of suitable size nut, bolt, washers (02 Nos.) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- PCC block required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix in replacement of vitreous china porcelain insulator with busbar support, white type to be fixed on wall or on roof (upto. 35 feet above GL) for fixing of GI or copper conductor earth continuity strip complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Cost of suitable fixing jobs like drilling, welding, etc. required for fixing of strip and insulators on the any surface at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with hot dip galvanized steel pipe in pipe electrode, outer pipe 76mm dia medium grade and inner pipe 55 mm dia including testing, 3 mtr long and having 50x6 mm terminal on inner pipe to connect earthing strip with 14 mm holes for nut bolts, buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 100 mm dia and 3.3 mtr deep using suitable mechanical drilling machine (for drilling near the specified bldg) connected with galvanized steel earthing lead of 32x6 mm strip with minimum two Nos of GI nut bolits and connected to test point from earthing pit. Area between pipes filled with Dry type chemical powder.The electrode pipes should be filled with 2x 25 kg bags of carbide based BFC earthing compound of product code BFC25SILVR. The resistance of the compound should be less than 0.1 Oms . The compound should be highly conductive, hygroscopic, non magnetic, non corrosive in nature and have best moisture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. Connected to the earthing test point, Special high grade polymer compound Round earth pit with pit cover, including necessary returning filling & removal of extra soil , to achieve earth resistance value less than 5 Oms including testing complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- U-Protec or equivalent NOTE :- IF the desired result not obtained after testing, the contractor should do re-eathing without any extra cost.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing the debris from the site to a location as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type BO (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in blocks of suitable size including form work for grouting of GI pipe of air termination rod on the roof (appx. 35 feet above GL) and for making good to PCC surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Size of PCC block required for erection of GI pipe-air termination arrangement is to be approved by ENgr-in-Charge. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of arrangements required for fixing of PCC blocks at any height and on any surface.

Material and labour for PCC type B-1, 1:3:6 using (20 mm gradded stone aggregate) for coping, including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing worn out CI cover with angle iron frame of earth chamber and supply and fix new CI cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick fixed in frame made out of mild steel angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick with and including locking and lifting arrangement, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable copper/aluminium sub main wiring/Unarmoured cable (used as Sub main wiring) from any height of any Size and Core with all connecting accessories including. conduit or casing caping and including. making good to the disturbed wall and painting the same with matching paint as of existing wall including material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring at any height with 2 single core PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH), unsheathed, 2.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade conforming to IS drawn through and including New 20 mm PVC conduit and including one single core PVC insulated multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable, 2.5 sqmm, FRLSH green in colour as continuous earth wire including all accessories and fixing arrengements, supporting clamps, bends, sockets and connecting items etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Sl item No. 30 above but through casing & capping Note for Item No 30 to 31 :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth cable and conduit/casing capping shall be measured as on unit length.

Dismantling and drawing out old unserviceable Sub Main Aluminium/copper wiring from Existing Steel/PVC Conduit of any size and any type from any height with all connecting accessaries (excluding conduit or casing caping) and making good the disturbed wall and painting the same with matching to existing wall including material all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour Sub main wiring at any height including using two single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLSH) of size 1.5 sqmm 1100 volt grade conforming to IS drawn through existing Steel/ PVC conduit including 1.5 sqmm. PVC multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) green in colour for continuous earthing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth cable shall be measured as on unit length.
