Note-: Quoted rate shall include minor spare parts which is required for the serviceability of that light.

Dismantling connections & Taking out broken, damaged / rusted street light poles of any kind / make complete alongwith light fittings including necessary excavation, breaking PCC, returning/ filling and removing surplus soil out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of deteriorated /rusted Feeder Pillers, scraping and applying two coat of aluminium paint and marking the panel numbers with Black/ yellow paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE-Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, base foundation filling concrete including necessary form work.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid block ,exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of the poles as in foundation, filling mass concrete, coping including necessary form work.

Material & labour for switching on & off the mast fittings by automatic control using astronomical timer and contactor for automatic switch on & off of mast at present time over current and latch mechanism including 4 core PVC flexible cable 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper with 3 pin metal clad socket to plug the supply for luminaries shall be mounted on PVC rigid board of suitable size provided in the base compartment of mast to terminate the incoming power supply cable from junction box to incoming luminaries complete outdoor type weather proof with MCB 63 Amps 4 pole 35 KA for incoming.

Supply and fix CC LED driver suitable for 90-165 W high power LED street light fittings, Vin- 230V, AC, 50Hz , Vout- 88-93V DC, PF 0.95, Current (I in) : 1.7A, Current (I out) : 1.5A with IP rating 66 duly taking down the existing UNSV driver complete all as specified.

Supply and fix CC LED driver suitable for 400 W high power LED street light fittings, Vin- 230V, AC, 50Hz , Vout- 100-120V DC, PF 0.95, Current (I in) : 0.110A, Current (I out) : 0.63 A duly taking down the existing UNSV driver complete all as specified.

Supply and fix CC LED driver suitable for 250 W high power LED light fittings, Vin- 230V, AC, 50Hz , Vout- 32-42V DC, PF 0.95, Current (I in) : 1.25A, Current (I out) : 1.0-1.5A with IP rating 66 duly taking down the existing UNSV driver complete all as specified.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of heritage aesthetic look (RAL Color Code 9007) post top luminaire (including light pole and lights as per description) having symmetrical distribution beam angle of 120°X120° (±5%) with housing material of Die-cast aluminum, powder-coated finish, PC cover; system wattage not exceeding 33W and system lumen output of not less than 3900 lumens with efficacy not less than 110 lumens/W. CCT of 3000K and CRI=70 with SDCM5. Weight not more than 8.5 kgs. Fixture shall operate in a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C . Fixture shall have input voltage for 100 – 277 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Lifetime should be at least 50,000 burning hours at L70 at 40 degree centigrade ambient. Fixture shall equipped with total IP65 protection and mechanical impact of minimum IK08. The fixture should be capable of surge protection upto 20kV minimum with salt spray test of 50hr. Luminaire driver should be EMI/EMC Compliant Luminaire dia must be minimum 460mm. LM79 and LM80 reports must be submitted along with the bid. Luminaire and driver should be of same make. Luminaire ies file (photometry file) must also be submitted along with the bid. Should include Decorative poles with base plate and all associated items made out of MS pipe (finished with P.U. painted shade) of 301 Cm height and window at the bottom for space for MCB and terminal block for fixing LED post top integral mounted decorative LED light post suitable for 40/25/20 mm dia GI bend to desired shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
