M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization inside the Underground/semi underground sump of capacity upto 450000 Ltr through anti-bacterological chemical by using TERBAC G5, TERBAC G10, TERBAC G65, SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE and UV RAY by involving the following seven (7) stages of cleaning process including cleaning the external surfaces, structure for scales and other particles any algae, hives and any type of vegetation or any other type of unwanted matters and repairs to internal/eaternal cracks, small holes with cement and sand motar (1:4) and applying one coat of white wash to internal surface when became dry and two coat of white wash to external surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Seven (7) stages of cleaning process (a) First stage is to draining out the reserved water by using exit valve or high capacity pump of dewareing system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank removing all the scale,dirt,mud inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE Chemical complete. (c) Third stage is scrubbing the walls and floor with mechanized scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, algae and other formed particles on internal surfaces of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage is first bacteria screening i.e. de-gernification by using TERBAC G5/ TANK SAN chemical complete. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner and sludge sucker maximum 1200W with suitable heaby duty rugged motor to make the sump free of any foreign and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilisation method by using UV RAYS by heavy duty UV radiation which shall have 360 degree of sterlization with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria.(The radiation shall portable and effective for sterlization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria) (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 /Inoxi-60/NB 69 or equivalent any non toxic bio-degradable eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens.

item No.1 continued.. Note:- (i) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own.Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at all stipulated rate. (ii) "Date of cleaning" should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100mm height. (iii) All safety equipments required like safety helmets, Gumboots, safety belt, mask, safety googles and necessary insurance of safety of working labours to execute the work is responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same. (iv) Contractor will submit Govt laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G%, TERBAC-G10 and TERBAC G65, SODIUM HYPOCHLORIDE, TANK SAN, Inoxi-60/NB 69 before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of sump mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. all the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage. (v) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (vi) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank ie. no water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. (vii) The work shall be carried through specilized agency like Rays cleantech/ Inus watertech/ Satya enterprise/Supreme cleaning agency or equivalent as approved by GE. (viii) Certificate of approved agency for cleaning and sterilization work carried out shall be submitted by the bidder with completion certificate after satisfactory completion of the work.

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 60 HP to 75 HP capacity, disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor and pump, removing foundation nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop (Note : following work are to be deemed in rate quoted) :- (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.
