M&L for sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing and capping with two single core 16 sq mm and one run of 16 sq mm as earth wire of stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable of 1100 volts grade all as directed. Note:- Three run of 16 sqmm wire and One run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one running meter.

Supply and installation of Earthing rods for value below of 1 ohms as per following specifications (a) Earthing rod, 25mm pure copper hollow Earthing Rod with strip I pipe Design Length 3m. Ditto As per item No 05 above but copper strips for loop earthing buried in groundof size 32x6mm.

Supply & Fixing air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long on aluminum/ copper strip including provision holes & bolts for fixing complete all specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw

Supply & Fixing for galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm including with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground for earth continuity to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. NOTE: Cement cube for fixnig the strip shall be deemed to be included in qoted rates.

Supply & Fixing brass/copper Nut ,Bolt,Space bar, saddles and fixing screw for copper strip any size/air terminatio/testing block complete all specified and directed by Engr in charge. NOTE: 1)Cement cube for fixnig the strip shall be included in qoted rates. 2) all conecting items materials are as per site items used properly.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened beded,galvanized steel trip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade wiyh stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3,1/2 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as diercted.

All as per item no 26 above but of size 50 sq mm 3,1/2 core.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type . The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing, returning of diggings and removing items rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.Make: M-seal,denson.

All as per item No 30 above but for cable of size 70 to 95 sq mm.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft and loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 33 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Cutting and filling bituminus road as per direction of Engr in Charge for laying of UG cable and match the existing road to the existing system.

S & F Outdoor Type, weather and vermin proof Bus bar panel made out of 3 mm thick stainless steel sheet including four pole 250 Amps MCCB 415 Volts 50 Hz with front opening and locking arrangement, 300 Amps capacity aluminium bus bar for phase, 3 No's and 1 No 200 Amp bus bar for neutral, mounted on epoxy insulator including neccessary copper control wiring, heat shrinkable, RYB coloured sleeves over bus bar for identification, RYB led indicater for 3phase supply,earth shields, circular holes at bottom / top to receive incoming and outgoing cable, cable lugs, cable gland of sizes as required floor mounting angle iron frame made out mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm grouted 25cm above GL on PCC (1:3:6) upto required height all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge .

Supply & laying GI pipe light graded of size 50mm dia in trenches and fixing on wall / pole with help of suitable size MS clamp for cable protection from cable ground to junction box all as Engr in charge directed.

M&L for Earth Pit Indicaation Plate of MS 450x300x5 mm thick welded to AL 50x50x5mm x1.0 Mtr long fixed on PCC block of size 200 x 200mmx 200mm, plate painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint(black colour) and marking such as location,date,ohm etc by white colour all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 22 KV HT cable route marker in MS round Plate of dia 15 cm x 8 mm thick welded made on AI 50 x 50 x 5 mm x 1.0 Mtr long angle iron fix on PCC block of size 200 x 200mmx 200mm,Painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black Colour) duly mentioning "22 KV HT" in 25 mm MS letter grouted on plate and fixing on ground above the cable of every 50 meter length. all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for LT route marker in MS round Plate of dia 15 cm x 8 mm thick welded made on 50mm x50mmx 6 mm angle iron fix on PCC block of size 200 x 200mmx 200mm,Painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black Colour) duly mentioning in 25 mm MS letter grouted on plate, including indicating LT 1100V U/G Cable and fixing on ground above the cable of every 50 meter length.all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in substation premises including cleaning of substation complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for defect rectification HT/LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 300 Sq mm 3 core & LT cable of size upto 240 Sqmm. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified,Note : The cable fault location digghing,removing, and after cable joint kit fixing, returning of diggings and removing items rate shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.Make: M-seal,denson.

M&L for Marking of any size plate , Scrubing of existing rusted/unread surface of earthing plate and prepration surfaces for marking, Marking done by two colour. numbers and words marking done by white colour and back side colour and shape as per direction of Engr in Charge .
