SCHEDULE 'A' PART I. Manning and maintenance including repairs to all nature of water supply distribution system ( both internal and external ) consisting of GI/CPVC/UPVC/HDPE/CI pipe ( upto 100mm dia) including fittings/ fixtures of any type including repairs / maintenance to sanitary fittings, bathroom fittings and fixtures , geyser pipe lines complete by employing 02(Two) No Plumbers/ pipe fitters in one shift from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs in INHS Asvini Hospital Buildings and establisments (except sunday and holidays) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto- as per item No 1.00 above but 02 (Two) helpers.

Notes:- Qouted rates shall be deemed to be included the following:- (a) Supplying Complaint Slip books having 100 pages as per sample - 24 Nos (b) Supplying and maintaining complaint Register Long size having 300-400 pages (As per Sample) - 04Nos (c) Providing necssary T&P, safety belts etc for the works required at site. (d) Providing minor items / parts like spun yarn-2 Kg, shellac-2Kg, M-seal-10Kg, solvents-5Ltr, teflon tape-50 Nos, grease-2Kg, rubber packing/ gasket sheets/ washer of all types, clamps-100 Nos, hooks, screws etc not included in Schedule 'A' Part-II (e) Providing uniform to both Plumber and helper as directed. j)Tenderer shall quote the rates considering their monthly leaves, reliever etc as per labour laws and nothing extra shall be paid on account of above. In case of absence from duty, payment of that day will not be paid and in addition penalty of Rs 700/- per person per day will be recovered from the RAR. k) Surprise check will be carried out by department representative and if any employes is not available at his working place, he will be treated as absent and recovery shall be made @ Rs 100/- per hour per person. l) After issue of work order contractor has to submit the list of employes including reserve alongwith relevent documents for approval. m) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. n) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of minimum fair wages, all taxes ( GST, GST on works Contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.) EPF for personnels employed and any other levies payable under any law. p) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. In case payments are made in current coin or currency notes, contractor shall submit certificate alongwith undertaking of employee that asking for payment other than by cheque or by crediting in the bank account of the empolyee. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. q) In Case of variation in manpower as indicated in Col 3 of BOQ due to any reasons or any manpower held with department or any policy change contractor should not have any claim on this account. r) Material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' Part II will be taken on charge and issued as required. Necessary register will be maintained duly signed by Engineer-in- Charge and submitted alongwith RAR/FB. The old material considered in Sch of credit shall become contractors property and shall be allowed to remove from site after value of the same has been deducted from the RAR.
