(f) The electro-mechanical portion of the ETP plant shall comprises of all components functionally required as per process flow diagram with primary, secondary and tertiary treatments processes. It shall also include pressure feed pumps, DMF, ACF, electromagnetic flow meters, online multi-parameters analyser to measure and record pH, TSS, BOD and online choline analyser with autocleaning probes and digital touch screen displays. Sufficient redundancy in the pumps, valves, blowers and pipelines shall be taken (pumps and blowers qty shall be to account for 100% redundancy (i.e. 01 Nos working + 01 Nos stand by)). The blower shall be installed in acoustical enclosures (cost for the same shall be included in the rates quoted by the contractor). Flanged type CI discharge pipe lines, sluice valves, NRV, starters etc all as per design calculations. All sizes and capacities shall be in conformity with latest CPHEEO manuals and other statutory requirements. (g) The complete process shall be PLC based SCADA controlled for automatic operations which shall be supported with data acquisition including parameter monitoring, fault generation software’s, Pumps, motors, Motorised butterfly valves, Motorised ball valves, Pressure transmitters, sensors and communication, connected and controlled using PLC panels and all tanks/reservoirs are monitored using ultrasonic sensors and magnetic sensors with the control and communication through with extensive network of OFC/ copper cables. Control station with personal computer with latest processor and monitor of minimum 24 inch display with UPS 2 KVA with two hours backup and specifications as given in Sch A Notes and Particular specifications.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 22.01 to 22.11 (a) The following parameters shall be maintained in a register (i) BOD (ii) COD (iii) DO (iv) PH (v) TSS (vi) Residual chlorine content on a daily basis. (b) The contractor shall maintain clear record of attendance for workmen and staff. (c) The contractor shall be provide sufficient man power for removal spreading and levelling of dry sludge and other sewage waste which come out from the ETP at disposal area as directed by Engr-in-Charge and for manual handling or cleaning of sewage waste, if required to maintain the Hygienic condition of near by area adjacent of ETP. (d) Minimum qualification for oparator (Skilled man power) should be ITI or equivalent certified course from state govt or centeral govt recognized institute. (e) Operator should be provided with uniform and items required for cleaning of cabin like cleaning solution, cloths, plastic chair. (f) Operator and Helper employed should be submitted along with police verfication, Eductional qualification, address proof, bank account details, experience, training certificate and get approval from Engineer-in- charge before incorporating in work. (g) Payment to Operator and helper cum sewermen shall be done through aadhar linked bank account through IMPS/RTGS/NEFT only and wages which shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per Act in vouge. the contractor shall submit payment proof to Engineer-in- charhe before claming any payment. After entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge the paymant action shall be processed further.

Note for item No 24.01 to 24.08 : (a) The comprehensive maintenance for a period of 8 Years wef satisfactory completion of defect liability period of 24 months from date of satisfactory completion of phase -I of schedule 'A' part- I, ETP works. (b) The contractor shall be responsible for periodical maintenance as specified including renewal /repalcement of consumable items spare parts, refurbishing of mechanical parts, change of filters as and when required, chemical removal & solid waste/sludge, packing in garbage & removal of the same fittings/fixtures filing of refrigerant gas etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacture's instructions . (c) Maintenance of Log sheet and all maintenace record shall be responsibility of contractor and no stationary be provided by department. Format of Log sheet and maintenance records etc shall be decided by AGE Engr-in-Charge. (d) The contractor shall get the routine maintenance like biomedia of optimistic thickness (if required) etc under the overall amount quoted. However major repair if any after defect liability period shall be carried out by the deptt, under their own arrangments. Decision of accepting Officer shall be final and binding in the regard. (e) Engineers visits as and when required shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder within 24 hrs of intimation elsewith a panelity of Rs 1000 per day shall be chargeable on the contractor. (f) Consumable items spare parts, refurbishing of mechanical/electrical parts, change of filters as and when required, chemical removal & solid waste/sludge, packing in garbage bags & removal of the same shall be inlcuded in the rate quoted by the firm (h) And other miscellaneous expenses including maintenance of SCADA system, soft ware updation etc shall be included in the rate quoted by the bidder
