M & L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of laterite masonry finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat chalk whitening complete all as directed by Engg in charge.

M & L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving laid in layers n exc 25cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread, levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100mm thick PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base above Hard Core, cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete in floor, subfloors, sub base, floors and pavings etc Type B-1, 1:2:4, (20 mm graded aggregate) as complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and apply for forming Construction joints of 25 mm and 8mm width and back up rod 10mm dia filled with polyurethane/ polysulphide based sealent used with primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 50mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 100mm dia GI posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc : flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting, etc , and similar work conforming to FE 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxid/zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/disintegrated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15mm thick coloured multi-sport artifical turf grass of tuft guage 3/8", useful in outdoor sport ground , fixing over a PCC base with adesive or as per manufacture instructions, including marking of court complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick and 38mm wide, inserted in position, conform to design etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix M & L Hot dip galvanised Iron octagonal pole of height 7 mtrs minimum galavnising of 70 microns, top 70 mm , bottom 130 mm and 3 mm sheet thickness in single section without any weld joints with square plate of minimum dimensions 225x225x12 mm, foundation bolts of sizeM-24x750 mm long - 4 nos, backelite sheet with including One No TPN MCB 16 Amp's and 16 mm stud type connectors -04 nos inside the pole at the door opening for cable connections,common template s minimum 01 for each 15 poles all fixed and bolted on and including suitable RCC pedestal of minimum size 0.4mx0.4mx1.4m including form work as per manufacturers design & Drawing recommendations and specifications all as directed Mast and pole shaft shall be be as per BSEN 10025,IS 5986, ASTM A572 , Galvanization as per IS-4759/2629 Make of pole- Bajaj / Jindal /Crompton/Shubham or equivalent.

M & L for cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size with welding, bending cold or hot including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tube light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as directed for the size 40mm

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE Insulated,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core as specified and directed. Note: Quoted Rate is inclusive of cable gland and cable.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE Insulated,screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core as specified and directed. Note: Quoted Rate is inclusive of cable gland and cable.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed 3 core 1.5 sqmm Copper conductor (flexible ) industrial cable , 1100 Volts conforming to IS 694 including all fitting complete all as specification and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 120 W 230 VAC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed

Supply install, test and commission outdoor type CPRI approved LT feeder piller box mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP 54), (front opering) with propper locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame size of 50mmx50mmx6mm and CRCA sheet of 3.00 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with 200 Amps capacity copper bus bar with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor for internal wiring, thimbles glands and shall be complete all as specified as directrd with the following accessories. The cost of the PCC pedestal is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. The panel will comprise of the following :- Incoming: (a) MCCB 63 Amps 3 pole 415 volts 50 Hz, rupturing capacity 25 KA (b) Voltmeter 0-500V with selector switch 01 set (c) Ampere meter 0-100 Amps with CT and selector switch 01 set (d) Indicator lamp neon type (set of three set) Outgoing: (a) MCB TPN 32 Amps - 07 Nos

M&L for earthing using GI earthing complete with galvanised steel wire earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level connection to and including GI swire 4.0 mm of size as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts etc with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) earth lead protection pipe 15mm dia medium grade with bends , elbow etc from earth plate to test point, excavation and earth work in any type of soil returning , filling , ramming and removing of soil to distance not exc 50 mtr , making good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (earth chamber)having internal size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm and outer size 60cm x 60cm with RCC reinforced cover 50 mm thick and testing on completion including making test point on wall as per SSR specification all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying DWC( Double wall Corrugated ) duct pipe outer dia 50mm and inner dia 38 mm conforming IS 16205(Part 24) for protection of electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.
