Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI water tubing and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI water tubing and connections, including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore GI water tubing and connections including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses lacing courses, parapets and railings coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water throughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, class designation 75 (Kgf/cm2) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 14 but except bricks. Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from the demolition shall be reused.

S&F laminated Gypsum tile board 8mm thick with textured white colour PVC film on the face side and metalized polyster (MPL) film on rear side in ceiling as per manufacturers instructions of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, including dismantling existing false ceiling work of any description all as specified and as directed..

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated steel sheets, 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering or ridges, hips and straight flashing or in fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised Iron based Plain steel sheets, 0.5mm thick, with side lap and end lap of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing or in roof covering/cladding fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated galvanised iron based corrugated Mangalore tile profile steel sheets, 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering or ridges, hips and straight flashing or in fixed with self taping screws (length & girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 6mm thick, Asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc, fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old 6mm thick Asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc, fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Serviceable sheets obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement two piece serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets, fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe-410W grade E-250 quality-B with and including one shop coat of zinc chrome primer including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs n exc 2.5cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hardwood clean sawn batten, sectional area exc 5 sqcm & n.exc 15 Sqcm at spacing 15cm centres complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old clean sawn batten at spacing 15cm centre of second class, hardwood exc 5Sqcm & n.exc 15Sqcm sectional area complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old serviceable battens obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L for roof tiles mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joint laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old roof tiles mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joint laid dry complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old roof tiles mangalore pattern obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

M&L ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old ridge tiles obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any type and any thickness including mud in roofs, plastering, leeping plaster of any thickness cutting & uprooting trees /roots / vegetation growth & removing the debris from the site premises distance upto 1 km from the site and material and labour for providing and laying in situ water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) polymer modified prefabricated membrane over roof with following procedure complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Providing and laying 10mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:3 in roof surface with and including WPC (liquid) as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/sqm on prepared surface. (d) Laying water proofing roof membrane APP polymer modified prefabricated membrane using Butane torch by torch application with 100 mm side laps and 150 mm end lap. All overlap shall be firmly bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with Butane torch. Physical properties of APP membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane thickness - 3 mm (minimum) (ii) Membrane weight - 3.60 Kg/Sqm (minimum) (iii) Five layer reinforced with Non woven polyester weight not less than 150 Gm/Sqm. (e) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.11kg/sqm for each coat. Note : The cost of liquid WPC shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaing out, and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 ( by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning existing surfaces properly with steel wire brushes by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-0,(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in water tank platform/ base finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all a specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished the surfaces even and fair complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface or stone masonry surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated width or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n exc 15cm in width and girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 ltrs and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and writing date of cleaning on tank complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and writing date of cleaning on tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene triple layered water storage tanks of any colour with 500 lts capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including ball valve 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight not less than 210 grams) including dismantling of exisiting tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene triple layered water storage tanks of any colour with 1000 lts capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including ball valve 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight not less than 210 grams) including dismantling of exisiting tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, laying and testing 15 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old 15mm bore GI water tubes in short lengths with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Serviceable old pipes obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Supply, fixing, laying and testing 20 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old 20mm bore GI water tubes in short lengths with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls (concealed) ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed Note : Serviceable old pipes obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Supply, fixing, laying and testing 25 mm dia (Nominal bore) galvanised iron water tubing 'medium grade' with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old 25mm bore GI water tubes in short lengths with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed Note : Serviceable old pipes obtained from dismantling shall be reused.

Demolition of existing RCC tanks and cutting steel to separate tank from slab (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc. and removing debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing surfaces of tiles or slate battens, any size and spacing and treated all over (measured overall on one side only, spaces not deducted) and treated with Creosote complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description (of truss/purlins/rafters,etc), over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of crumple joint with following procedure complete all as specified and as directed (i) Removing the existing plain GI sheet along with fixing accessories like screw bolts from crumple joint . (ii) Cleaning the crumple joint and removing existing bitumen filler board (width upto 50mm & depth upto 500mm ). (iii) Filling the gap with bitumen filler board and covering the joint from both sides with polysulphide sealant. (iv) S&F of new GI sheet plain, 1mm thick, with screw (fixing accesssories). Note : Make of polysulphide sealent and bitumen filler board to be approved by GE GI plain sheet to be paid seperately.

S&F Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 1.00 mm thick, as in ridges, hips, valley or in crumple fixed with fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof tile surafce at any height (up to 10m ) and applying one coat of tile guard of approved shade including required scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed
