Dismentling of damaged existing corrugated precoated color sheets of size 1.07m x 10m by means of opeing of nut & bolt after indentifying defect in sliding door of width 16M all as directed

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (as per existing) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair cantilever roller with self lubricating frictionless bearings (rollers and bearings of existing size suitable for existing door) including removing of existing roller & bearing, replacement of any part/spare at site complete as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for including Identifying the defective structural member of door panel (eg. Twist or any deflected structural member) dismental all corrugated precoated color sheets, with the help of tower stand, dismental cantilever guide rollers, take down the defective panel by hydraullic crane, cover the panel area with temperory shields, procure required structural steel material, remove & replace the defective member by steel fabrication, finish the surface, enamel the newly fabricated surface, service the cantilever guide rollers, procure the fastners requied, re-install the panel by hydraullic crane, install the cantilever guide rollers, adjust & set them for proper alignment & smooth running, freeze them, re-install all Corrugated precoated color sheets on the panel, check it for smooth operation. All as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repair chain and locking arrangement as per existing size and material incl taking down old unserviceable chain and locking arrangement. checking required tension of chain alignment of sprockets with chain, installation of existing cover by means of fastening of screws & nut bolt complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair / maint of door pannel of size 04 X 10M after inspection of door on the basis of motor rated current or slippage of driver wheel or after receving complaint from user, finding proper root cause and repair/replace the defective spare/part and testing of the door with satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out malfunctioning of wheel ( eg. stumbling, noice, jamming etc.) dismental concirn corrugated precoated color sheets on the panel, jacking/taking down the door panel, dismental the defective wheel, cover the panel area with temperory shields.

Repair/maint door wheel of existing size, Dismental the defective wheel, Procure required raw material and manufacture required wheel, service / replace the defective wheel, cover the surface of reconditioned wheel by anti corrosive enamel, procure the fastners requied, assemble the wheel to door panel, re-install the door panel at its position, adjust & set it for proper alignment & smooth running, freeze it, re-install Corrugated precoated color sheets on the panel, check it for smooth operation with satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of axel, bearings, circlip assembly including taking down door panel, axel, wheel , bearing complete and refixing after replacement of axel, bearing and circlip assembly as per existing size & material. Painting of external surface of complete asembly after two coats of red oxide incl setting and alignment of complete door panel and testing of complete door upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair including identify disorder of pair of chain & drive sprocket ( eg. slipage, noice, jamming etc.) dismental machine cover, dismantling chain by removing lock, procure new chain, lock & Drive sprocket, bore & keyway the sprocket, install new sprocket & chain on its position, align it, lubricte it, make proper tension of chain, install machine cover, check it for smooth operation as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair including identify disorder of Driven sprocket (eg. slipage, noice, jamming etc.) dismental all corrugated precoated color sheets on the panel, remove chain, with the help of tower stand, remove cantilever guide rollers, take down the panel by hydraullic crane, cover the panel area with temperory shields, procure the required driven sprocket, remove & replace the defective sprocket by new one, lubricate it, re-install the panel by hydraullic crane, re-install drive wheel ( having driven sprocket ) re-install the cantilever guide rollers, re-install chain, align & check parallelism of sprockets, adjust tension of chain for apropriate functioning, freeze them, re-install corrugated precoated color sheets on the panel, check it for smooth operation.upto satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair including identify disorder of worm speed reducer ( eg. Noice, heating, leakage of lubricant etc ) remove necessory covers & fastners, remove chain, take down the speed reducer, make necessory maintainance at OEM, take trials & testings, re-install it, re-install chain, make proper alignment of sprockets & chain tension, install & freeze all covers & fastners, check function by trial of running the panels.

Repair / maint of cable Collector & wire rope Assembly : Identify malfunctioning of cable collector or wire rope or rope mounting brackets, manufacture failed part , remove failed part, install new part by fastners/welding by the help of tower stand, check the function and testing complete.

Supply and fix in repair main power supply copper flexible cable of size 2.5 Sq mm x 4 core,copper flexible cable- including identification of failed conductors from main distribution board, cut off the supply, remove it from board, procure the same quality conductor, replace the damaged part of conductor, re-connect the electric supply & check by trial and testing complete.

Supply and fix in repair main power supply copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm x 4 core copper flexible cable- including identification of failed conductors from main distribution board, cut off the supply, remove it from board, procure the same quality conductor, replace the damaged part of conductor, re-connect the electric supply & check by trial and testing complete.

Supply and fix in repair including identify failed cable carriers, procure new one, replace failed cable carriers by new ones with the help of tower stand, and carrying out check for reverse & froward movement all as directed.

M&L for Rewinding the motor (3.75 Kw/5HP) with super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate same gauge of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation as recommended by manufacturer with high quality normex insulating paper applying best quality insulating varnish on stator/rotor windings drying them completely, testing the insulations as directed by Engr -in - charge (Note:- cost of transportation included in quoted rates)

M&L for Identify the motor & speed reducer cover by asthetic & ergonomically. remove & replace it by new one with required new fastners complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Miniature circuit braker (MCB) 415 Volts 4P MCB 5SL63107RC, 6 to 32 Amps : identify the failed MCB, check & replace it by new one of same capacity & specifications, test by trial.

M&L for Identifying failed cabling in the electrical panel, switch OFF the electrical power, remove the panel, re-install the failed cables & connections, take trial for function & test, install the panel on its position, connect incomming & outgoing cables, switch ON & check function of door by trial.

Supply and fix in repair 3TF34 contactor with aux. cont. block- Siemens or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair overload relay 3UA5000-1J OLR (6.3-10A) Siemens or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair contactor with buzzer- 220V-completed all as directed

Supply and fix in repair forward reverse push buttons 3SB5000 with NO/NC- Siemens

Supply and fix in repair emergency P/B 3SB5000-0UC01- Siemens or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair indicator R/Y/B 220V- completed all as directed

Supply and fix in repair limit switch ID8108 completed all as directed

Carrying out Inspection of Motorised Door Size : 16m width, 10m height by Chartered Engineer including repair in brakedown maintenance, suggested by charted engineer complete and & taking certificate for the same from Auth Govt charted Engineer. (Note: contractor should submit one year Govt. authorized charted engineer certificate)

M&L for replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”.

NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT RS. 10,478.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
