Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (Soils) to distance of exc. 250 m bu n. exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Cutting into existing manholes forconnecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required (internal dia of pipe 150mm )Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of reinforcement cement Concrete in slab, kitchen platform and other similar suspended work pavings n exc 15 cm thickness

M&L for type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate RCC Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Precast Man hole covers type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size asper site requirement including finishing the surfaces even and smooth including making holes and inserting MS conduit pipe with provision of MS Round bar 10mm dia made in shape for lifting the MH cover 2 nos with each cover Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L framework of Flat iron minimum 3mm thick for MH covers all round of RCC 1:2:4 with sharp edges and grinding all the corners including all welding and welding the TMT bar all as directed. Including all painting etc (RCC 1:2:4 and TMT bars shall be measured in separate items as mentioned above)

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F for deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.31 above but 6mm to 8mm dia bars.

S & F for PVC (SWR) pipes, bore of pipe in 110mm, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, laid in floors or fixed to walls Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR)pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints,laid in floors 75mm dia Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC(SWR) branch pieces, single (Single Y) equal or unequal or with parallel branches 75mm dia Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in Repair for PVC (SWR) bends, any radius, bore of pipe in 75mm with cement solvent in position .Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F in Repair for PVC (SWR) bends, any radius, bore of pipe in 110mm with cement solvent in position Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of PVC Pipes of any dia

Clearing blockages and removal of sludge/mud and other accumulated materials and cleaning gully traps/nahani traps, Bends with 100/75mm dia pipes by opening doors of bends and refixing the same and manhole chambers of any description and size. Including disposal sludge materials in closed filth carts and depositing all as directed by Engr-in-charge, including sprinkling of antibiotic powder on affected area.Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Superviser will report to AGE B/R Ojhar office for collecting day to day sewage complaint and completed the complaint within 48 hrs in AOR of 11 BRD, Technical area, Domestic area, 762 SU complete MES bldgs. (ii) Necessary arrangement of tools for clearing the sewage line/blockage beared by contractor including complaint slip duly printed.. (iii) In case, fail to attend the complaint within 48 hrs, the recovery amount will be same as the quoted rate of item by the contractor for each complaint. (iv) If any blockage is at any height upto 4 storey bldg the contractor will remove the blockage by using ledder or other mechanical means to clear the blockage , including puncture the vertical lines and making good the same with hassion cloth with CM , The rates are deemed to includ this provision and payment will be made under this item.

Demolition cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including PCC of existing roof, PCC tiles with screed bed and removing the demolished material outside MoD land at own arrangments of Contractor.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering

M& L Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement Concrete type B0 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 , B1(20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Gared A

Supply and spreading coarse gravel in required thickness and watering and consolidation as in bed for paver blocks complete all as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, frames; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado including 10 mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Removing of building materials and debris of any type, rate including i.e loading unloading and staking and spreading etc outside of MD land with own arrangement by contractor (01 tone considered as 1 load) all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M & L precast cement concrete load class 4 HCV perforate and single layeer of 10mm dia steel bar @ 100mm c/c cover dimensions as per manufacture specification of required size, make:- KK, Universal, Hindustan and equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge
