S&F in repair 20 mm dia float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 15mm - 142 gms / 20mm -210 gms / 25mm - 455 gms /40 mm - 690 gms / 50 mm - 1240 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves of 20mm dia pipes with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, fixed in repairs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down GI tubing "medium grade" galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors etc. of the 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) including CI base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as per IS 2713 Part -I & II including cross arms, GI brackets, PCC coping complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following: -

Supply and fix in repairs DO fuse assembly, suitable for horizontal and vertical operation, triple pole mounted on Porcelin HT insulator 6 Nos and mild steel galvanised steel frame rating upto 200 Amp, 22 kV complete with DO fuse and electrical connections, jumpering by ACSR conductor and connectors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 22 KV polymeric composite pin insulator, conforming to IEC 61109, material of core (FRP rod): borron free ECR, material of sheds: silicon rubber, material of top end fittings: spheroidal graphite cast iron, malleable cast iron or forged steel, material of bottom end fittings: forged steel, sealing compound for end fitting: RTV Silicon, colour of sheds: grey, rated voltage: 22KV, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for HT bus bar for 2/4/6 pole structure made out of aluminium tube having outer dia 32 mm and 06 mm thick suitable for 22 KV complete with all suitable joints with SS nut bolts etc and colour sleeves as per colour coding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with PVC sleeves for jumpering purpose fixing to pole by means of clamp, nut bolts& washers etc of suitable size complete all as specified and direction.

M&L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with PVC sleeves & fixing of pole by mean of nut bolt and waher etc of suitable size for LA earthing purpose etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound, step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT,22KV, 3 phase, LT, 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 wire with off loadtap changer on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of capacity 100 KVA. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories, gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc., all as per IS-1180 Level 1 and all jointing materials connected with elect system earthing etc. complete including platform as per manufacturer design all as specified and directed comprising following accessories:-

No extra payment shall be made on this account.)

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance( 1 Ohm)not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. Testing tools shall be arranged by the contractor at own cost.

Supply,installing,commisnning and testing of Advance Maintenance Free environment friendly ring Earthing system.Each set consisting of 3 Nos of 10 feet length, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strips with 3 bags (25 Kgs each) of environment freindly backfill compound with RoHs test cerificate for each. 150x25x6 mm Cu Bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded ontop to copper bonded rod to make terminal. Manufacturar name shall be embosed on rod.25x3 mm Cu shall be used to intercorrect the earths and to make the ring. If desired Ohmic value ( 1 Ohm ) should not achive by this then multiple number of earthing electrode shall be interconnected .The earth pit cover polypropeline (300mm x 300mm) shall be included in the scope of work . (Note :-On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance ( 1 Ohm) not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. Testing tools shall be arranged by the contractor at own cost.)

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 22KV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 120 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands, lugs, bushing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 22 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying & testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured with multi staranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, of 3.5 core x 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth (for cable, pole, stay etc) not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth (for cable, pole, stay etc) not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
