Material & labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item

Material & labour cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,roof curve of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for applying rustic texture paint of 3mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer on the existing surface, any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete as specified and as directed.

(shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable aluminium windows with frame, shutters etc complete.

Supply & fixing in repairs powder coated aluminum frame for door ,windows,ventilators etc.with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar,aluminum including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminum snap beading,screws, sliding rollers, Rubber gasket etc.complete all as specified compleate all as specified. Notes: i) Glazing shall be measured seperately. ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of alluminium section. iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading,glazing clips,screws, etc., as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.d)the rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrengement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing surface area. (iv) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 25 micron. (v) The size of aluminium sections shall be as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 and sill to be provided as per HQ CE(N) MZ TD of sill type 'A' and 'B' respectively if directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Supply & fixing 5.5mm thick glass sheet ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty fixed with beads in each pane in repair

Supply & fixing 3mm thick figured glass/pin head glass glass sheet and glazing with oil putty fixed with beads in each pane in repairs

Supply and Fix powder coated aluminium anodised grill (thickness of coating minumum 50 micron) with and including suitable powder coated aluminium 'F'/ 'H' section frame 23.40 x 15.30 x 1.40 mm thick with aluminium rebated/ screwed attachment complete all as specified and directed in following situation :- (Note : (i) Aluminium grill shall be of 'Deco grill' of as per Design No. DG102, 7.50 mm x 6 mm and weight shall not be less than 3.131 Kg/ Sqm or approved design.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar

Material & labour for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types incl 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material & labour Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polishing) as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement,over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4,including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble and making nosing at right angle corner as directed by Engr-in-charge complete.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainatal or similar pattern roof coverings.

Material & labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile srtength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws at any height including necessary scaffolding including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Supply & fixing for Framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc. with ends of bars welded, shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Demolition of brick work built cement mortar of any position as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down CI/ rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heaads, shoes, bends etc

Supply & fixing 160mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed in wall of approved shape and size approved by GE at any height, any location, with dash through fastners and rain water bracket suitable for 160mm pipes spacing 1.5 c/c as per CE Navy Mumbai TD/2023/01 including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 160mm dia PVC (SWR) bends/shoes any radius fixed to pipe at any location/height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 100 mm dia sand cast CI soil waste pipe in any length with ears and jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 100 mm dia sand cast CI bend/tee of any radius, jointed with neat cement paste complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening Surfaces of old Concrete Floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc brussing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/pading or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edegs using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit as per manufacturer's instruction or equivalent approved availabale from list of manufacturers complete all as specified. [Note :- Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately].

Supply only Water proofing chemical complete all as specified and directed. Pidiproof LW+ of Dr. Fixit or Equivalent approved makes available from the list of manufacturers.

Material and Labour for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets and removing from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of existing treatment of any type and preparing the surface by cleaning the concrete surface with wire brush and a high pressure water jet and ensure that it is free of dust, oil grease, loose particles vegetation roots etc and filling crackswith plymer modifed mortar using smartcare RP or Epoxy mortar including Martial and labour for laying padding cement concrete in terrace 1:2:4 type B-0 (using graded stone aggregate) of 50mm average thickness maintaining 1:30 slope finishing with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & labour for High performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterproofing spray applied SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid liquid membrane with an elongation of 600% and tensile strength of more than 13 N/mm2 as per ISO 527 type 5 , shore A Hardness of min. 85 as per ISO 868, and crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Hybrid or approved equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 2kg/sqmt, etc., complete as per Manufacturere specifications
