Material and labourfor for factory made machine pressed rubble moulded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigments confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 50 mm thick stone dust cousioning all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 2mm thick solvent free seamless Polyurethane Concrete Flooring TIKICRETE MF of TIKIDAN or equivalent in SIKA/ STP as per the procedure given below, the laying of PU Concrete flooring shall be done by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of flooring: a) SURFACE PREPARATION: Preparing existing surface (generally even smooth and dry surface and free from defects, such as undulations, cracks etc.) to produce clean surface free from dust, foreign particles, etc., all complete, including grinding / scarification to achieve the surface profile with minimum undulations and cutting anchor grooves in square in to the concrete substrate all around the free edges, perimeter walls, column bases, door threshold, drainage channels, feet of plant and equipment, either side of joints, etc., and cleaning the groove to remove dust, foreign particles etc., complete all as per the instructions from engineer-in-charge and manufacturers specification.

b) SCRATCH COAT Over the clean prepared surface applying a scratch coat over the entire surface with seamless solvent free Polyurethane Concrete flooring TIKICRETE MF TIKIDAN or equivalent in SIKA/ STP make @ 9 to 10m2/20.25 Kg. pack, to build 1mm thickness, to uniform level using serrated notch trowel and nylon spike roller including filling of anchor grooves with the scratch coat to entire depth and width etc. all complete as per the instructions from engineer-in-charge and manufacturers specification. c) SELF-LEVELLING TOP COAT Over the dried scratch coat applying a top coat over the entire surface with seamless solvent free Polyurethane Concrete Flooring TIKICRETE MF TIKIDAN or equivalent in SIKA/ STP make @ 3 to 3.5m2/20.25 Kg. pack., to build 2mm thickness to uniform level using serrated notch trowel and nylon spike roller etc. all complete as per the instructions from engineer-in-charge and manufacturers specification.

Material and labour for preparing existing surface (generally even smooth and dry surface and undulations, cracks etc.) to apply PU40 for expansion and construction joint (joint size 20X10mm) complete as per the instructions from engineer-in-charge and manufacturers specification.
