S & F 2nd class Hard Wood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in position including Treating back surfaces with ready mixed paint, matt black and 6 Nos of hold fasts of 150 mm long made of MS Flat 25x5mm.

S&F 2nd class Hardwood of 30mm thk Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers; supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F 35 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F 30 mm thick Flush Shutters, Solid core construction, with particle board core and both faces are covered with decoraative face veneer with lipping / frame to match

Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) 30mm thick wire mesh solid decorative flush door shuter consisting of Density 500 Kg/Cum manufactured by an ISO certified company, door to be panelled with SS mosquito mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strngth and safety purpose (conforming as per IS 4020).The door should be water proof,termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity.Door to be fixed to frame 3 nos Stainless steel butt hinges size 100mmx25 mmx2mm (in each leafs) and 32 mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube. S&F aluminium powder coated ventilator partly fixed and partly louvered type without sash of bars, section as per designation 63400 of IS 737, frame and intermediate made out of aluminium section of size 50.80 x 25.40 x 0.95 mm (Catalogue No 14027 of M/s Jindal) including necessary heavy duty louvers (adjustable with locking arrangements), jointing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beading, screws alongwith 4.00mm thick pin headed glass for louvers and glazing etc complete all as specified and as directed.
