Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in roof/ chajja / coving /padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour ready mix mortar, 10 mm thick (minimum) cement sand screed 1:4 on roof top surface using water proofing chemical as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : water proofing chemical will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 4mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 4.50 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (c) The laying shall got be done through authorized applicator of manufacturer as specified in particular specifications

Supply only water proofing liquid chemical /compound as URP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for new or old external wall surface by wire brushing/grinding in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with mechanical water nozzle with clean water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by crack seal compound and epoxy base joint filler including resin and hardener in proportion as per manufactures instruction & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply one coat of water base primer (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) and allow to dry for 6 hours appx.Thereafter apply 02 coats of WB high build anti carbonating coating cum waterproofing (with mechanically airless paint sprayer machine) & match with brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade in camouflage pattern including or plain paint necessary scaffolding necessary security for the workers for any height, covering etc. complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- External water proofing treatment on wall at any height of the building including acrylic paint shall be applied by mechanically Airless paint sprayer machine only.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc. including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removing debris directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified.

Material and labour ready mix plaster 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour ready mix plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Rotational moulded Polyethylene (HDPE) Water Storage Tank 500 LITRE Capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), White or Black in Colour, Three Layered Construction, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair Rotational moulded Polyethylene (HDPE) Water Storage Tank 1000 LITRE Capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), Black in Colour, Three Layered Construction, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair Rotational moulded Polyethylene (HDPE) Water Storage Tank 2000 LITRE Capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), Black in Colour, Three Layered Construction, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting ,any gauge ,thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses, pillars and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down roots Trees from concrete roof /brick wall including repair with plaster in cement mortar 1:2 with using water proofing powder complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix for PVC False ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 5 mm thick prelaminated self design PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cum solid PVC panel insert in a frame work made using aluminium T section of size (25mm x 25 mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size of 600 x 600 mm. The aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of GI wire/6 mm MS rods of required size sato maintain for proper level etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 25 mm X 25 mm angles complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge., Manufacturer's specification & drawing incl dismantling of existing false ceiling all as directed.

Demolition of RCC as in slab, beam, chajja (other than ground floor) beams staircases, and similar all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type B-1, 1:2:4 as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, columns, pillars, Chajja, piers, posts and struts and similar works all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Additives monobond paid and measured separately)

Supply only for Building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix for steel water tubing 15mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and connected complete incl taking down old GI pipe all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- as per Item No.31 above but 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing for mild steel gate & wicket gate at any size including welding/cutting and fixing in RCC Column complete all as specified and as directed by Enge-In- Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall (160mm bore) including flat iron clamp for proper fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall (110mm bore) including flat iron clamp for proper fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
