Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete in jetty , dock,retaining wall, piers of jetty and bottom portion of deck slab etc above sea with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface complete and removing all sea vegetation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti carbonation paint DEKGUARD S of FOSROC or equivalent make approved by GE over a coat of primer DEKGUARD of FOSROC or equivalent make approved by GE over vertical concrete surface in jetty/dry dock above sea level complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- For item No 4 & 5 : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or civil boat or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site. Necessary arrangement of shall be done by contractor and no extra payment shall be claimed on this account.

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent make approved by GE around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers, slabs and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent make approved by GE for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing ready mix polymer plaster and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed. Make :- Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosroc or equivalent make approved by GE. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only ready mix microconcrete mixture complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/chemestik/Fosroc or equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately )

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supt-ports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed..

Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 1mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bond distemper ver a coat of wall primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finishing the surface even smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling, applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering inCM 1:4, 20mm thick in two coats (15mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) using Pidiproof LW+water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or euvalent as per manufacturer''s instruction and finishing the surface seven and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulson over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulson over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material & debris exc. 1.50 Km but n exc. 15 Km and depositing where directed, in soil complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 23 above but for 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel section of Grade FE 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in Plates (Plane or Chequered) channels, square cut or noteched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix structural steel framed works such as angle, channel, grating, gate, ladder etc. Confirming to Fe-290, E-165 as in supporting structure of duct, drain edge etc including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Stainless steel decoravtive railings (grade 316), staircase3 (design and pattern as approved made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing/polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stainless steel decoravtive railings chain alloy(grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for epoxy base joint filler paint on external surfaces of walls/floor to fill the cracks with and including resin and hardner in proportion as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed . Make : Pidilite / Fosroc / Chemistik or equivalent make approved by GE

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying two finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for errection & dismantling of MS tubler double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carring out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed.
