Material and labour for PCC surface preparation by cleaning the surface from any moisture dirt,wax grease, flux residue and all other contaminants, applying two coats of AS 2045 Epoxy primer on PCC surface, supplying and applying, two component dielectric coating on the prepared surface having electric strength not less than 32.2 KV/MM, Dielectric dissipation not less than 0.074, dielectric constant not less than 10.93K. flash point above 52 Degree Celcius, a film of thickness 3 mm is achieved including yellow marking 100mm wide as required and complete all as directed. (b) The contractor has to produced the test reports of the coatings applied at all the location to the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (c) The coated rate is deemed to be inclusive of materials required for surface perparation.

Supply and fix in repair E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designed ceiling board tiles of approved texture at any height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness incl fillets complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors/base course/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.
