M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-1536-1977 multi-stranded 4 Sqmm, single core, copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Casing Caping and 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI marked as earth continuity wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge (Note : Two runs of conductor with one run of earth wire and PVC casing capping will be measured & paid as one unit)

Supply and fixing FRP fencing made up with using FRP rod 12 mm dia,channel size 50 x 24 x 4 mm box section 50 x 25 mm 'I' section 38 x 15x3 mm and square box section 50 x 50 mm in post embeded in plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate (45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm) including necessary excavation and earthwork at 1.25 m C/C with height of fencing 2 m from GL including entrance gate of size 1m x 2m of same material.MS aldrop bolt 300 mm long,150 mm size pressed steel handles and 2 Nos tower bolts MS hinges as required etc complete all as specified directed by Eningeer-in-Charge. Material & labor for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and includingGI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc with GI protection pipe of 40mm bore medium grade and connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part-I and as specified or indicated including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), with frame, funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, wire mesh and lugs test point etc and testing on completion etc complete all as directed by Eningeer-in-Charge NOTE:-(i) Items includes the cost of 7.5 metre length GI pipe and earth lead for protection of earth lead.Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.(ii) On testing,if the earth resistance is not obtained,earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60x60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia,by means of nuts,bolts,checknuts and washers of galvanized iron including 15 mm bore GI pipe,medium grade up to 7.5 meters long all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber,precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM,( weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm), with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh,GI watering pipi 20 mm dia medium grade,test point and lugs complete. NOTE:-(i) Items includes the cost of 7.5 metre length GI pipe and earth lead for protection of earth lead.Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order.(ii) On testing,if the earth resistance is not obtained,earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Dismantling and taking down/out the burnt out Submersible pump set from Sump of 10 HP Capacity from of sewage installation and transprotation to repairing bay / workshop for replacing damaged parts such as bearings, sleeves, bushings etc. and for rewinding the electric motor with existing gauge,wt., of super enamelled copper wire including insulating, varnishing, heating, re-assembling & testing the motor at workshop, shifting to site and refixing to its original/desired position including reconnecting all the electric connections by replacement of bolts, nuts & washers including foundation bolts after testing to make it functional etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge NOTE : Spares parts reqd to be replaced such as bearings, sleeves, bushings etc.shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ / Schedule `A'.

Supply and fix in replacement Sign boards for MES installations of size 1200 x 900mm made out with angle iron 40x40x6mm as framing covered both side with 2mm thick aluminium sheet rivetting on frame covered with retro reflective sheet & 100mm high letters as directed . The sign board to be fixed on 2 No 40x40x6mm angle iron legs embedded in PCC (1:4:8 ) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate inclunding necessary excavation complete at the Installations etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge. (Note : The Details to be written on board shall be given by the Dept)

M&L in replacement of mild steel plates , plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over, cut, welded as reqd. for cable ducting etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge

M & L for writing MES No of 4cm high letters to DG sets / Transformers / Voltage stabilizer / EOT / HOT cranes / VCB / OCB / RMUs / Panels (LT/HT) etc with red colour radium etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge (MES No shall be given by Deptt.).

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cables in Ducts at MES installations with screened dry river sand and gently punned etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured)

S & F in replacement single pointed air termination aluminum rod 12mm dia , 300mm long long mounted on GI pipe 40mm dia, light grade, embedded in mass PCC etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge (Note: pipe & PCC will be measured seperately under relevant this item of this BOQ / Schedule `A' )

S & F in replacement aluminum strip 25 x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/down conductor above ground including joining with rivets/ botls,nuts,washers etc complete all as directed by Eningeer-in-Charge

S & F in replacement air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia ,300mm long mounted on GI pipe 40mm dia, light grade embedded in mass PCC etc complete all as specified and directed by Eningeer-in-Charge .(Note: pipe & PCC will be measured under seperately under relevant items of this BOQ / Schedule `A')

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of unserviceable PVC insulated cable 3 Core 16 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, multistranded copper conductor for connecting motor to panel board with copper lugs duly encased through and including suitable size PVC pipe fixed to wall / laid in floors etc complete all as directed by Eningeer-in-Charge
