Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling is including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cms(Soil) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repairs sluice valve, 100mm size, both ends flayed with high tensile brass spindle, cast iron body, as per IS-14826 & ISI Marked,PN-1.6 pressure rating including all joints with rubber or fibre board, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Double door Hose box with painting with necessary fittings as per specification. Details: Fire Hose Cabinets shall be fabricated from 18 gauge MS Sheet with locking arrangement of size of hose cabinet shall be 800 X 600 X 250mm, with 4mm thick glass door, the painting of the hose cabinet shall be as described earlier. Each hose cabinet shall accommodet Hydrant valve. Two nos of 15 Mtr. long hosepipes & One no. of branch pipe with nozzle. The Fire Hose cabinet will have the legend "FIRE HOSE" painted prominently in the graphic style including taking down existing box all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair transformer AC/DC for fire alarm system panel of electronic type all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair battery duly charged 12 V, 7.2 AH all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Zone cards all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair power cards all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of manual call point suitable for addressable system duly painted in red colour paint with front glass (to be broken in case of fire ) complete with test key to check the response with out breaking the glass and die cast aluminum housing with IFD indicator all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , Commissioning and Testing of addressable type manual call points & Electronic dual tone hotter operating with PA system of every floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair canvas fire hose 63mm dia bore 15 metre long confirming to IS Having male/female SS coupling both end complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair SS Nozzle 25 mm bore suitable for 63mm dia canvas pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brickwork or stone masonry(in alternate course) forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix SS double acting fire hydrant valve of size 100 x 65mm conforming to IS – 5290/71 with all fitments such as cap cover instantaneous coupler for making flanged joint 100mm dia bore all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing to MS front door of size not exceeding 1.5 mtr x 1.5mtr including welding locking arrangement including providing pad lock 50mm all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted surface of CI/MS pipe 80/100/150mm dia and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Red colour) including a coat or red oxide primer” all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement, installation, testing & commissioning of Micro processor based 2 wire fault tolerant loop, required loop networkable type 5 Loop (each loop accessing maximum 99 detectors and 99 modules ) fire alarm/detection control panel. The panel shall be able to give location of all fire/fault conditions of addressable units via the address codes. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel shall have rectifier, Loop cards, 80 character L C D unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output. The Panel shall support 24 zones Addressable 2 way Talk Back fire fighter communication, in case of emergency. The panel shall have ability to get integrated with PA System for zone wise annoucements. The panel shall support both Loop Powered & conventional Notification devices for emergency responses. the Panel shall support Auto learn feature. The panel should support networking upto 99 panels with maximum distance of 12 Km between 1 & last & 1.5 KM between adjacent panels on RS485. Tha Panel shall support IP connectivity if requred to connect on LAN or WAN network. the panel shall support BMS connectivity through Bacnet/Modbus moduels. The Panel Shallbe Sheet Steel Painted, selaed to IP30. The Panel Shall have 24 Zones with Individual LEd Indicators, expandable to 80 LED Indicators. The Panel Shall have 3 Serial Ports. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger along with maintenance free 24 AH, 2 x 12 volt SMF Lead acid batteries capable of running for a minimum of 48 hours with battery charger complete as required.and as per specifications. conforming to BS5839 Standards and Duly Approved by EN54/ LPCB/ VDS/ UL/BSA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Voice Alarm controller with USB, MP3, AM/FM player )with 1000 watts Power Amplifier.

Supply & Fix in repairs MS pipes 100mm dia conforming to IS 1239 (Part-I) medium grade with both ends flanged and drilled with standard MS fitting including 02 coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer in any length and fixed on walls, complete all as specified and directed in high rise buildings Note : MS flanges including welding to MS pipes and all flanged joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’
