Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panels finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Providing and applying 20mm thick plaster with readymix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar, blended mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces by means of gunniting method, on external surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with readymix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives, on internal surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying fair finish 5 mm thick plaster with readymix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar fair faces on ceiling including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc.complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Providing and applying fair finish 10mm thick in ready mix mortar on fair faces concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices and applying two coat oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint on new surfaces having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & fungal resistance dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.9litre/10 sqm including preparation of new surface. complete all as specified and directed

M&L prepolished Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7-8 mm/350x450x7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed

S & F powder coated anodised aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws locking arrangements etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Minimum 25 micron anodization for all aluminium sections)

S&F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 90 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all complete.

S&F 150 mm extruded aluminium handles, fabricated type anodised complete as specified and as directed

M&L 20 mm thick mirror polished Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application incl Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified.
