Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in unframed work.

Material & Labour for preparation of new decorated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block With Grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete over 25 mm thick Sand cushion all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material & Labour for PCC 75mm thick D-2 type (1:4:8), using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed..

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers, slabs and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition incl erection & dismantling of scaffolding to carry out works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spailt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rust, Supply & Fixing from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing ready mix polymer plaster and finally finishing the surface all as specified and directed and removing the debris outside MoD land incl erection & dismantling of scaffolding to carry out works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge Note: (i) The place of disposal shall be decided by the contractor (ii) New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor/hard standing finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge).

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete.

Formwork to sides of pillars posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectanguar or polygonal.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying a coat of wall care putty 1mm thick on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of wall primer all as specifed and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finishing the surface even smooth all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling, applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plastering in CM 1:4, 20mm thick in two coats (15mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) using water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surfaces even and fair incl erection & dismantling of scaffolding to carry out works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge (Water proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of RCC/PCC roof structure and priming @ 0.8 Kg per Sqm of finished concrete surface complete and an evenly a coat of cold bituminous at 1 Kg per Sqm and applying seating cloth over cold bituminous , finaly paving bitumen of any penetration at 2.5Kg per Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description not otherwisw provided for complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing rolled mild steel section of Grade FE 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in Plates (Plane or Chequired) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.

Supply & Fixing structural steel framed works such as angle, channel, grating, gate, ladder etc. Confirming to Fe-290, E-165 as in supporting structure of duct, drain edge etc including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Stainless steel decorative railings (grade 316), staircase3 (design and pattern as approved made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. complete with and including necessary welding , buffing/polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Stainless steel decorative railings chain alloy(grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws as specified incl erection & dismantling of scaffolding to carry out works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

All as per item No.41.00 above but plain galvalume sheet for ridges etc all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel any description over 10 cms width or girth and applying two finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
