Taking down existing defective LT under ground cable of any size from trenches complete all as directed

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections, trimming of trees approximately 2 mtr around conductor etc all as specified & directed.

S&F tubing 'light grade' galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete all as specified and directed of 80 mm bore

All as item No-6 above but 50 mm bore

All as item No-6 above but 40 mm bore

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing in replacement of LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed of following size:-

a) 3.5 core 240 sqmm

b) 3.5 core150 sqmm

c) 3.5 core120 sqmm

d) 3.5 core 70 sqmm

e) 3.5 core 50 sqmm

f) 3.5 core 35 sqmm

g) 3.5 core 25 sqmm

h) 4 core 16 sqmm

j) 2 core 16 sqmm

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post hole size 0.6 Mtr X 0.6 Mtr X 1.65 Mtr depth for installation of LT pole 9 mtr long ,in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 75 mm dia high density for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Supply & lay in trenches double walled corugated HDPE pipe 50 mm dia high density for protection of under ground cables( Note: pipe couplers with seal, bends, end covers etc are deemed to be included in rate quoted)

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix , test , commissioning in replacement of LT weather proof panel board powder coated out door type double door shutter type made out of CRCA 3.15 mm thick outer and 1.6 mm thick for inner door confirming to IS 8623 with angle iron 50x50x6 mm outdoor, floor mounting type with closed bus bar , chamber and with aluminium bus bar with necessary insulator suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply as per CPRI approved including provn of digital ammeter 0-500A, digital voltmeter 0-500Volts, CT's of suitable ratio, indicator lamps R-Y-B,selector switches and internal wiring including making PCC block type 0.4 Mtr above ground level grouting etc all as specified and directed with the following Work also includes provision of suitable size of cable glands, cable lugs, nut, bolts, washers etc for new & existing cables and connecting all incomming and out going connections. Supplying, install and errect in replacement in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole in replacement complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) LT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:1. Excavation and PCC works will be measured and paid separatly in respected items.)

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrubbing out old paint, rust etc from 9 mtr steel tubular pole of any size and making smooth and even surface then painting with one coat of anti rust paint and two coat of superior quality aluminium paint on entire exposed portion of pole structure and writing Abbreviated feeder name in 2 " size with white paint on black base all as directed at site(work shall be completed in the stipulated period as directed by Engineer -in-charge).

Trimming of tree branches up to the extent to obtain clearence all around the LT over head lines conductor up to 3 mtr from the conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and clearing the site. Note: tools and cutting equipment to by provided by contractor only.

Cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/approx size width 50cm X 60cm depth along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finish complete all as specified.

"M&L in replacement earthing GI Strip complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for servicing of 1.1 KV LT ACB of 415 Volts 630 Amps by removing from LT panel, dismantling checking the serviceability of parts & replacing the minor unserviceable parts ,oiling/ greasing the moving parts, reassembling, testing and installing to the original position and cheking for correct fuctioning. all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for making underground boaring (Manually/Mech) through existing bituminous road/PCC/Floor along cross section approx 10 mtr of the road at a depth approx 1.0 mtr for laying of GI tubing of dia 80/100 mm for encasing of cable all as specified and directed at site.
