Urgent Repair to HT breakdown by replacing HT cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core of length 20 RM including replacement of out door and indoor end termination at MRS CQA (EE) area under GE (MH & RH) Khadki 1. Taking urgent shutdown from sub division office of MSEB Aundh for disconnecting the GOD near sanghawi gate two structure and then disconnecting the damaged outdoor end termination of 95 sqmm 3core 22 KV HT cable from the two pole structure at MRS CQA(EE) and taking out the damaged HT cablefrom the metering cubical of COE (EE) MRS. 2. Meggering the CT and PT unit of the cubical with HT Megger in order to check the polarity, IR values and servicibility of the HT Energy meter complete all as specified and as directed. 3. M& L for High Potential testing of HT cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core after disconnecting the end termination of HT cable from the metering cubical Taking high potential test of complete HT network of CQA Area step by step with proper safety precautations in order to remove moisture from the cable and connecting the cable back to its origional place with proper tightning of nut and bolts and covering the exposed surface of terminals with HT tape complete all as soecified and as directed 4. M&L for opening the HT breaker panels (02 Nos) and metering cubical and removing the moisture from it by gas heating and cleaning the entire inner surface of panel with CTC solvent and closing it properly. 5. Supply and laying of HT underground cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded round 12 RM wire armoured earthed electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor 22000 volts grade and cross section area 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS 7098/(part-ll) 1985 laid in trenches/passing through pipes or fixed on poles/wall/floor etc as specified. 6. 6 M & L for cable jointing kit for HT 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including taking down old cable joint kit all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. 7. M & L for cable jointing kit for HT 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including taking down old cable joint kit all as specified and directed by Engr-incharge. Note :- 1. The Jobis of urgent nature 2. Gaurantee for six month. 3. Old retrieved materials will be contractor's property, hence sch of credit Rs 600/- already deducted in the rate analysis. 4. GST % amount to be shown separately.
