Supply, laying, jointing and testing 100mm nominal bore Ductile iron pipes of class K-9 with socket and spigot ends with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) centrifugally cast in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 100mm nominal bore Ductile Iron pipes of class K-9 of double flanged type conforming to IS 8330, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing flanged joints to double flanged CI/ DI pipes of 100mm dia and specials, including testing of joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying S&S/CI Standard specials suitable for mechanical jointing as per IS : 13382 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying S&S / flanged CI/DI Standard specials such as tees, bends, collars tapers and caps etc, suitable for flanged jointing as per IS :1538 upto 300 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing CI sluice valves (with cap) 100 mm dia, Class PN 1.6 complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of masonry Valve Chamber of size 60cmx60cmx75cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :18.33.1 With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Water tanks rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 Ltrs capacity (white coloured) hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plates electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 4.5 m deep below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salts to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate,using GI earth strip 32x6mm connected to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts and washers as directed GI pipe light grade 50mm bore on water pipe from earth chamber to copper edge of earth plate,CI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly rainforced with MS bars 6mm dia @150mm c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS bar in lifting handle excavation earth work including laying of GI pipe in walls etc all as directed in electrical plate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing MS framed grills, gratings, framed guard bars,ladder, frame work of Valve pit cover, water tanks etc, or similar work as ordered and fabricated from MS rolled section of any size and shape as directed and fixed at position with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fixing of MS sheet where required shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 5mm thick MS plate /sheet plain or chequered, cut to pieces as required and fixed to MS frame work by means of Electric arc/gas welding, complete all as specified and specified.

M&L for cutting cast iron pipes in position for inserting and including of new tee branches for 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CI specials, joints and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:4 as in repairs/raising /making of valve pit chamber or other repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe, the trench size not exceeding 50 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm deep including refilling with material and watering well ramming / compacting and making good with 100mm thick premixed bituminous macadam, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring horizontal holes of 200mm dia under roads of 13m wide and 1.2 m deep in any type of soil for under-road and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of exceeding 50 m, for 200 mm dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.
