Supply, fixing, laying, jointing, connecting and testing XLPE /PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminium conductor in trenches/ ducts of following sizes including taking out cable from duct at jetty/ seashore area and including dismantling cable from terminal box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for taking up/ laying cable, cable covers etc., and getting out for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250x150x40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for MS nuts, bolts, SS nuts, bolts, GI sheet, clamps, screws of different sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for three core flexible PVC insulated multistranded 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694:2010 copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting cables, etc., and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, of suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3mm thick duly powder coated with seimens grey shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right.

The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temperature., etc., short-circuit or other causes. The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temperature. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc., The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs-02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders with Ics = 100% Icu in all MCCBs with extended rotary handle. The cubicle should be inclusive of following:

(A) INCOMING: (i) MCCB-DPX3 160 thermal and magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 36 kA breaking capacity adjustable thermal release range 100 Amps-01 No. (B) OUTGOING: (i) Automatic street light switch for three phase load of 12-18 KW using infrared sensor based nature switch and voltage monitoring system (VMS) for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux* level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. The sensor along with suitable power contactors with 3 Nos. Incoming MCBs and 3 Nos. Outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each. Circuit wiring (Copper) of min. 10 sqmm and auto-manual selection option (Sensor By-Pass) should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-66. (ii) Power contactor 3 pole, type ML-3, with 2 NO + 2 NC aux contacts with standard coil voltage 415 volts, Rating 70 Amp - 01 No. (iii) Fuse holders suitable for bolted fuse-links both side cable (front) 32 Amps - 03 Nos. (iv) Single phasing preventing, under voltage, over voltage and neutral loss protection relay 415 KV AC, 3 Phase 4 wire, 2 C/O and with technical parameters - 01 No.

(v) Double pole toggle switch ON-OFF-ON, 250 V, 20 A - 01 No. (vi) multifunction meter having LCD Display, 96x96 sqmm -01 No. (vii) Current transformer of suitable ratio, accuracy - 5 KVA, Class - 1. (viii) LED indicators ribbed lens with trimmed collar - Red, Yellow and Blue - 1 Each. (ix) Aluminium bus bar of size 200 Amps rating for R-Y-B phases and Neutral. (x) Base frame for cubical mounting made out of 40x40x6mm equal angle iron duly painted. (xi) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150mm below G.L. and 100mm above the G.L. with slot openings for I/C and O/G cables. Note: The quoted rate to be included for cable connections incoming and outgoing new/ old cables with glands, aluminium lugs for connections along with necessary excavation, removal of soil, returning, PCC foundation, PCC/ Brick staging of height not less than 60cm from ground level, Plastering and whitewash all sides complete as per site requirement.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc., made of GI and connected to earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40mm dia protection pipe and 20mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for UPVC pipe 20mm bore fixed complete to walls, pillar etc., for conduit of wire with all fittings complete and saddling of pipe in pillar with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying of 63mm outer dia, double wall corrugated (DWC) duct pipe conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24) with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for street light bracket 1.5m long made out of 50mm dia medium grade GI tube one and duly welded with 100mm dia 30 cm long GI tube including provision of 4 Nos holes duly threaded for fixing the bracket on the top of existing poles with complete including arrangment of threading and welding work required for fixing of street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for cable junction boxes IP-66, weather proof, for outdoor installation of size 155x210x92mm complete with electrolytic aluminium bus bar suitable cable size 10-16 sqmm for 3 phase and neutral fixed on ebonite insulator and one DP 6-32 A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for cable junction boxes IP-66, weather proof, for outdoor installation of size 205x255x112mm complete with electrolytic aluminium bus bar suitable cable size 10-25 sqmm for 3 phase and neutral fixed on ebonite insulator and one DP 6-32 A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
