M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semi corrugated Asbestos Cement (AC) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8 mm thick designer ceiling board (Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, fixed with white powder coated galvanized iron grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges comprising of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet & of size T 24x32mm and spaced at 1.2m c/c securely fixed to the structural soffits by hangers at 1.2m of GI wire 4mm dia fixed pipe or wall plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm c/c to form 600x600mm modules, angle along perimeter wall shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm of white colour all as per instruction including dismantling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm X 300 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over 10 mm thick CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile over 15 mm thick screed bed (1:6) CM complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Kitchen stainless steel plate rack made out of 1 mm thick sheet and having partions as per sample. The over all size 900x600mm fixed with steel fastners or steel screw comp all as per sample . (Make : Nirali/Neel Kanth/jainco)

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m in radius but built in 1:6 cement mortar and including demolition of brick complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 on finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces for CM 1:4 on finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new plastered surfaces of wall and including one coat of white cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered including preparation of new surfaces for two cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer and putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment from plasteredwall surfaces prepatory to two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified.

M & L Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered including preparation of old surfaces complete removal old exisisting treatment for two cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of Old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
