Disconnecting the electric supply and opening of the front panel of the dish washing machine strictly as per the manufacturers instructions/guidelines for carrying out inspection of heating and conveyor mechanism for washing of utensils. (skilled technicians from authorised dealer/company rep to be employed), replacement of defective heating kit RE 8230020 (BK) & fixing of front panel, conveyor system, PCB and contractors after carrying out necessary repairs as above, testing & commissioning to the entrie satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Non comprehensive Maintenance and servicing of Lifts (Make : OMEGA) once in a month including attending faults on call basis for normal repairs including replacement of defective & worn out parts by new spares such as battery, landing hadder, Contactors, relays, gearless drive, ARD, DBRs, PCB etc and greasing of bearings of Lifts as directed by engineer-in Charge. Note : (i) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction]
