Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated travelling (EOT) crane of 40/05 Ton capacity, floor operated comprising of hoist motor, micro motor, long travel motor, cross travel motor, gear box, control panel and other connected accessories installed at Vikramaditya Heavy Lift Shed , Gas Turbine Store & Modern Store House ( B' Road) (03 Nos)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated rolling shutter with motor 230 V 50Hz of lifting load 1000Kg.F output torque 809NM 920W, Maximum lifting height 7mtrs including gears, joggling switch and electric PCB board complete all as specified and directed installed at Vikramaditya Heavy lift Shed & NHQ -8 Nos. Note :- (a) Inspection checking decarbonising & tightning of electrical & Mechanical connection in total system includig replacment and greacing of shutter etc. (b) Inspection & checking of nuts, bolts, greacing and oiling of the rolling shutter (c) Inspection & setting of voltage system including replacement of fused indicating lamp etc. (d) Spares for rolling shutter will be measured and paid seperately. (e) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for 11 months and maintain the record of the same as per the performa of monthly maintenanc check. (f) Contractor ensure serviceability and safety of rolling shutter during his each visit by way of maintining job card duly signed by JE E/M.

Supply only rolling shutter motor single phase 230V model No ECR-809-1P-(1000) output torque 809 NM Lifting load 1000Kg, Mximum lifting height 7 meters chain No 10A complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for painting up to 40 ton crane completely with two coats of golden yellow paint including preparation of existing surface by scrapping detoritied paint etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for load testing of EOT crane of 1 ton to 40 ton capacity including transportation of load and its necessary equipments for load test. Note: (a) Load required for testing to be arranged by contractor. (b) Crane load Test certification to be conducted by recognised crane manufacturer/ govt approved testing agent and submit to this office. Rate for the same shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. (c) Arrangement of mobile lifting machines, man power and supervisory staff for the complete test as specification above shall be the complete test as specified above shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (d) Any damage which may take place due to mishandling of testing procedure, inefficient of supervisory staff etc shall be made good by the contractor. (e) Load Cell required at site during testing will be provided by the contractor and rate shall deem to be in the quoted rate.
