Supply and laying of UG LT cables XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor multi stranded armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of PVC insulated flat Aluminium conductor 2 core 4 sqmm for from junction box to fitting all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 mts in depth in wide for laying of cables and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out incl dressing/trimming sides and levelling/grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in 63x50 mm dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS 4984:1995 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approval black colour complete with fitting i.e. coupler, Tee, elbow clamp for cable protection of size 25/16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed

S& F GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia ISI marked for fixing light with all fittings/ laid in trenches/ fixed to pole by flat iron clamps, nut, bolt, washers suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transport, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1980 reaffm 2008 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc and matching shape and design with the existing poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Pole upto 1.5 m top of coping shall be painted with 2 coats of black and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer. (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and retro reflective tape of Red, Yellow and White color each of 2 inch wide fixed to the poles as directed (iv) Pole below ground shall be tarred by one coat (v) Poles shall be numbered and the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm size graded stone aggregates) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed..

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole sand including formed work and demolition of existing coping complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm size graded stone aggregates) Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F LED street light fiitting 100 Watt, 230 volt AC outdoor type with pressure die cast Aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with toughned glass, driver,lamp bracket with impect and corroson resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, with IP66 protection complete fixing to pole/wall with necessary nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED street light fiitting 70 Watt, 230 volt AC outdoor type with pressure die cast Aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with toughned glass, driver,lamp bracket with impect and corroson resistant including thermal management in multiple optics, with IP66 protection complete fixing to pole/wall with necessary nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Suply & fixing in replacement of 30 watt LED flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion and IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Suply & fixing in replacement of 50 watt LED flood light luminaire with secondary optics made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion and IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 100 watts flood light white/ Warm white in colour,  LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase,  etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of 170 watts flood light Warm white /White in colour,  LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase,  etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of 200/210 watts flood light worm white/white in colour,  LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase,  etc fixing in MS chanel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix junction box thermo plast (weather proof) IP 66, on street light poles made out of thermoplastic of size 300mm x 200 mm x 105 mm size with connector for connecting incomming and outgoing of cable including 01 No of MCB DP 06 Amps to control the pole light circuit and MS brackets made out of 32 x 4 mm flats for fixing the box on post complete with nuts, bolts and washers and suitable size of double compression cable glands for incomming, outgoing of cable Complete all as specified and directed Make : Sintex Cat pat No GSJB-3020 or equivalent make as mentioned in list of makes at PS

S&F in repairs MCB DP 230 volts C curve 6 amps Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of digital timer switch distribution board, factory assembled in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, comprising of 40 Amps 3 Pole MCB, power contactor and 230V digital time switch for controlling LED/SV etc street lights, including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 35x35x4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement. (catered as Stand-by) Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steelsheet,vitreous enamelled white, with lettterrs, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MSS clamp, bolts and nuts of approved size 20x15 cm for LT Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Tarmac bituminised RCC/PCC road cutting by using suitable hydraulic road cutter for a width not exceeding 300 mm and depth 600 mm for laying of 50 MM HDPE pipe incl refilling and making good with Tarmac/ PCC duly matching with the existing surface Complete all as specified and directed Note :- Quoted rate shall deemed to incl the cost of making good the disturbed surface and removal of surplus materials, all as directed.

Taking out existing defective worn out UG LT cable of any size 1100 volts grade from trenches of any size from different locations incl brick bats etc complete and depositing to store, all as specified and directed Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Taking down the existing street light fitting/PTL/gate light of any type/ make/ wattage from its position checking, Repairing and refixing in position including replacement of connecting cable etc, fixed on pole/building structure, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring all as directed

Removing existing damaged reflected strips from pole and supply & fixing of 2 inch width retro reflective tape fixed to Street light Poles with red colour all as directed

Removing existing damaged reflected strips from pole and supply & fixing of 2 inch width retro reflective tape fixed to Street light Poles with yellow colour all as directed

Removing existing damaged reflected strips from pole supply and fixing of 2 inch width retro reflective tape fixed to Street light Poles with whitecolour all as directed

S&F in replacement of HOT dip galvanised Octagonal pole 9 mtr height having across faces bottom side 155 mm top side 70 mm made out of 3 mm thick HT sheet steel plate along with base plate of size 250x250x16 mm thick and required nut, bolts, sutable PCC foundation as per manufacture instructions all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/taking down the hexagonal/ Hectagonal GI Pole which is titling/leaning by engaging suitable crane or manullay complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 9 w LED WW bush and spike light luminaires in IP 65 enclosure warm white light output complete all as specified and directed, Make Halonix, Model HLOSPL-27-09-CW or equivalent make as mentioned in makes list in PS

S&Fin replacement post top lentern outdoor type with Base with polycarbonate diffuser and IP 65 protection incl fixing to existingposition allas per site requirement and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed Make wipro cat No: LP10N-501-xx-57-xx or equivalent make as mentioned in makes list in PS

Supply and Fixing in replacement Integral LED 18 watt outdoor light made in diecast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 on PCC foundation with suitable nut and bolts as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed Make- Luker Cat No LOBRD60 or equivalent make as mentioned in makes list in PS.

M&L for scrapping down and removing of old deteriorated paint from steel tubular poles LT (07 to 08 Mtr) height above ground level , preparing surface for painting , applying two coats of aluminium paint upto full height of pole including MS clamps, GI bracket, fitting ets all as directed at site including making black and white strips of 30 cms each upto 1.5 m above PCC coping with black back ground and letters with white paint and marking of pole No 2 m above PCC muff, letter should not be longer than 6 cm height with 16 cm dia circle around the marked NO complete all as such specified and directed

S&F in outdoor LED strip of 220 V linear flex in colour WW, with fixing tape and end cap and suitable driver and connector of suiatble and IP 65 protection complete ,Single phase, mounting on the ceiling/wall/piller as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed . Note : Cost of aluminium profile will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A'
