Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing light grade GI pipe of 50mm dia (Nominal) 3 mtrs (1.5 m x 2 Nos) length along the pole/wall/etc as per site requirement for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (MS clamps and nuts, bolts/washers, where required are included in the unit rate quoted)

Supply and fixing light grade GI pipe of 80mm dia (Nominal) laid in trenches/road/culvert etc as per site requirement for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 50 mm dia x 1.5 metres long GI pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 Nos 40mm x 3mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip screened or wire armoured electic power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of120 Sqmm 3.5 core including necessary lugs and cable glands laid in trenches/floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation earth work cable cushion, cable protection shall be measured and paid separately. (a) 120 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) All as per item No 10 here-in-before but 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) All as per item No 10 here-in-before but 16 Sqmm 4 core

Supply and drawing 3 X 1.5 sq mm size FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit/ in the existing steel swaged pole as required complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-Charge. Note : 3 runs of cable shall be measured as one length)

Supply and fix pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 250mm X 200mm X 105 mm (internal ) comprising of 63A power terminal block 4 ways, one No SP MCB single pole of capacity 6 Amps 240 volts duly fixed on DIN rail 'C' type and one No terminal for loop in & loop out suitable for three phase street light system including nuts and bolts and washers, MS clamp fabricated from 25mm x 3mm MS flat iron complete mounted on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Austronomical Street light timer panel of rating 12 kW, conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, provided with Protection Degree IP 54, extended wide band coil, FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, In-built Short-Circuit Protection, Class H Insulation including 65 Amps TP MCB 'C' Curve, 10 KA, 415V one No. and MCB SPN 63A, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 415V one No., all as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for special factory made earthing electrode comprising of hot dipped galvaized MS flat inserted in to GI pipe of 88mm bore (outer), 3 metre length, filled with non magnetic anti corrosive material specially developed for ground resistance enhancement power around the electrode to retain moisture conforming to IS 3043 including necessary boring in ground of 150 mm dia in any type of soil / strata connecting to test point all as specified and directed (the earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohm complete all as specified and directed. Contractor shall improve the earthing resistance within the permissible limit without any extra cost. Note:-GI earthing pipe should have successfully tested for salt spray test (corrosion test) Certificate for minimum 500 hours. The Earth Enhancing Compound should have Test certification from NABL accredited Lab. It should be tested as per IS 1350/ AHPA guideline’s. The pH value of Compound should be 7.59, Moisture % by mass should be 8.91& Solubility in 1:1 HCL should be 32.29 %. The Compound should be tested ELV Test as per protocol IEC 62321/111/54/CDV/ICP-OES for contain of Lead (23.0 ppm), Cadmium (15.0ppm), Mercury (Below Detection Level) & Hexa-chromium(Below Detection Level) (ii) Rate for FRP earthing pit cover shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set, 415 Volts, 40 KVA (32KW), 3 Phase, 4 wire, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, radiator cooled engine, self excited, self regulated brushless AC generator suitable for ambient conditions complete with sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV norms, with battery, Control panel for automatic starting on main failure installed on cement concrete foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer and 60 cm above ground level complete all as specified in description given below and directed. (a) Diesel Engine : Diesel engine suitable BHP at 1500 RPM multi cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled, Electrical starter motor with soft start engagement feature, Coolant heater, Oil drain pump, Heavy duty air cleaner, Electronic Governing, Optimised turbocharger for increased altitude capabilities, Standard integral set-mounted radiator system, designed and tested for 50°C ambient temperature etc and ARAI approved capable of taking 10% over loading, 12 hour of continuous operation. The engine shall be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Control panel shall be manufactured with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish. The control panel consists of the following parts :- (i) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. This control includes an intuitive operator interface that allows for complete generator set control as well as system metering, fault annunciation, configuration and diagnostics. Intuitive operator interface which includes LED backlit LCD display with tactile feel soft-switches and generator set status LED lamps, Remote Start-Stop, Engine Metering : Oil pressure, Engine temperature, Starting battery voltage, Engine running hours, AC Alternator Metering : L-L Voltage and L-N Voltage, Current (phase and total), kVA (phase and total) and Frequency. Engine Protection : Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Battery Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to Crank/ Start, Sensor failure, Cranking lockout, Low fuel level. Data Logging : Engine Hours, Control Hours and upto 5 recent fault codes Configurable glow plug control, 12 Volt DC operation, Sleep mode, Modbus interface (RS485 RTU), InPower compatible (PC based service tool). (ii) Automatic starting on main failure as per the manufacturer standard practice and specification complete with Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity of incoming/outgoing terminals, Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’. (d) Mounting Arrangement : Engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. Base frame with integral fuel tank shall be provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (e) Fuel Tank : Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer standard specification fabricated out of MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class C pipe of suitable dia complete with valves. (f) Exhaust System : Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter. (g) Starting System : 12 V/24 V starting system comprising of starter motors, voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries (lead acid type) as required as per specification. (iii) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (iv) Circuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (h) Acoustic Enclosure : Specially designed to meet stringent CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The LT panel consisting of the following complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) MCCB 415 volts 4 pole 125 Amps, thermal magnetic release adjustable 25KA - 01 (as incomer). (b) Digital volt meter class 0.5, Digital Ammeter Class 0.5 of 96 x 96mm with built-in selector switch auxillary including CTs (c) Phase indicated lamp LED type with back up fuse for 3 phase - 01 Set (RYB). (d) MCCB 415 volt 4 pole 63 Amps 18KA thermal magnetic release adjustable - 03 Nos (as out going).

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of weather proof LT panel out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, cubical type factory made with front opening type free standing, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply having 4 Nos aluminium bus bars of 400 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete, painted with powder coated with locking arrangement, mounted on MS agnle bae frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm including PCC foundation (1.2mx10.4m) at 0.3m height above ground and 0.3m below ground. The LT panel consisting with the following accessories complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) MCCB 415 volts 4 pole 250 Amps, thermal magnetic release adjustable 36KA - 01 (as incomer). A separate wall mounted wired control panel (consist of MCB's, V-meter, Fuse, LED indicators) is supplied for smooth & safe operation remotely. The revolving mechanism is fully covered with weather & rust proof fiber box with maintenance window/door and provision of 4 nos. foundation holes at bottom for proper installation including necessary civil work as required.

Dismantling and taking down street light fittings with bracket, wire and junction box for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories or carrying for Schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for taking out/laying of HT/ LT under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out in the following type of soil complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Soft soil/ Loose Soil

(b) Hard / Dense Soil

(c) Soft/ Disintegrated rock

(c) Hard Rock

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and depth exc 1.5 metre and n exc 3.0 m for taking out/laying of LT under ground cable and getting out in soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class 'B’ designation 75 as in cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry crushed stone sand filling in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable cushioning including spreading leveling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Cutting Bituminous road/hard standing and making good the same with PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supplying and fixig cable route marker with 10cm x 10 cm x 5 mm thick GI plate with inspription there on, bolted / welded to 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.
