Removing excavated material/ soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing double wall corrugated high density polymer ethylene (HDPE) pipe of outer dia 110mm & inner dia 98mm as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, laid in trenches/ floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including neccessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc for laying of electric cables complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole or road cutting filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in replacement of galvanized steel tubing 80mm bore "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

Road cutting for UG cable under road/ railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by mechanical means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dia and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/ structure for after cable passing complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe will be measured and paid against respective items.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of old vintage XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches fixed to pole/ Transformer/ VCB etc including jointing & testing of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work, cable protection DWC Pipe, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour in replacement/ repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and GI medium grade 40mm for earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of platform suitable for 100 KVA transformer of size 2.8m x 2.8m x 1.2m (Clear height with additional 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 foundation below ground level), made out of 23cm brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6, (below ground level, hollow space to be filled hardcore of size not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thickness, watered and well rammed) with a 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 as in floor of platform, plastering in CM 1:4, including protection with XPM, gate and chain link fencing rail around the platform with angle iron frame upto 1.20m clear height, supports grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Transportation of 100 KVA transformer and fixing rate included in quoted rate.

Supply, errecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-55) confirming to IS 2713 (Part 1 to 3) 11 mtr complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers including two coats of black bituminious paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labpor for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 insulator type) with DO fuse unit insulator barrel type fuse of suitable rating and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level incl operating rod and operating handle with 11 KV insulation for current rating up to 200 Amp 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for expulsion type surge arrester (lightning arrestors) confirming to IS-3070 (Part-1) having voltage rating 12 KV, rated frequency 50 Hz, nominal discharge current 65 KA (heavy duty) expulsion type transmission class for outdoor use, non linear resistor type, horn gap and choking coil complete with all fittings suitable for 11 KV, 3 phase earthed distribution system complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel cross arms, bracings supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, channel including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or not, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in replacement danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS Sheet, vitreous enameled white letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps of size 20mm x 4mm x 80mm bolts and nuts of approved size of HT 25 X 20 cm fixed on new/ existing panel board/ feeder pillar boxes including taking out deteriorated plates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coarse aggregate filling using stone gravels, rounded of size not exc. 43mm suitable to site, in the area covered by four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete of stay assembly/ pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping foundation, filling and mass concrete including frame work for poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs out door type cable end termination joint heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of 3 core and connecting the cable with the load and testing for size 95 Sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply & fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor for cable of size 95 Sqmm x 3 Core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Material and labour for earth work in excavation in any type of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for moorum/ red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 10cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing excavated earth /material exc 250mtr and not exc 500 mtr depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agregate) as in post, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled grade 250 angle section 40x40x5 for chain link fencing fixed with bolts and nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface exc 10cm width or girth in preparation of surface including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount on page No 37 shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to arrive at the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.
