Supply and fixing in replacement for laying of cable machine pressed precast interlocking paver block any size and shape of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade confirming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment and vibrated with mechanical vibrator, with 30mm thick crushed sand for cushioning all as directed.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipe in replacement of 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 2 core 6 Sqmm, with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Servo voltage stablizer of capacity 20 KVA confirming to BIS 9815:Part 1 : 1994, three phase, 50 Hz naturally oil cooled, indoor type, copper wound, metalic body with lifting hooks, digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation including 1st filling of Transformer oil upto level having following specification:- (a) Input voltage : 380 volts to 480 volts. Demolition of PCC of any description above/below ground level exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate for pole / struts foundation etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate for coping including necessary form work and fair finishing of exposed surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete fixed on pocelain insulator every 1 meter interval all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of cross arms. Bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel, sections (MS Channel) of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of silver aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on LT pole of size 20x15 mm

M & L in replacement of pole Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI wire 4.0 mm dia, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, taste point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion”. Supply and fixing in replacement of copper earthing strip of size 20x3 mm with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Energy efficient LED Street / Roadway Luminaire, high PF, 60W, energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium housing, clear toughned glass, IP 66 protection, 240V, 110lumens/watt complete using 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated (Unsheathed) three core cable, 1100V grade with aluminium conductor from junction box to light fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of PVC junction box of size inside dimenssion 250x200x105 mm complete with industrial connector, including clamp made out of MS flat iron 30x5 mm , with suitable size of MCB and connection from junction box to street light fitting as specified & directed.

Taking down after disconnecting of cable connections from old burnt/ unserviceable MCCB and Supply and fixing of MCCB 100 Amps TP, 415 V with thermal magnetic setting and breaking capacity 16 KA capacity, retrofit complete with fixing arrangement in the existing LT panel board complete all as specifiedand directed by Engr in Charge.
