M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall of any description and one coat of acrylic anti-fungal weather proof exterior grade paint, as per manufacturers instructions including scaffolding, staging, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes of paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease, etc. and cutting and filling cracks above 5mm wide with Pidicrete URP of M/s Dr Fixit or with Plaster Seal of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent chemical of M/s Chemstik and filling cracks less than 5mm wide Crack X paste of M/s Dr Fixit or with Plaster Seal of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstik Crackseal and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd or one coat of Chemstick PDE 600 (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicry 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstik PDE 600 (the surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding to work at a height upto and including 24m complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new or untreated painted wood and wooden based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking out any type existing water proofing treatment from roof including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and removing rubbish, etc. to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exceeding 1.0 km complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L cement plaster (1:3) with 10 mm thick to be finished smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement, , complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for preparation of surface including cleaning of all dirts and provide the following water proofing treatment. (i) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 40 lit/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0-89Kg lit at 25 c on the prepared dry roof surface provide and lay APP modified water proofing membrance reinforced with non woven polyster matt with (ii) APP membrane shall be laid using butaretorch by Torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrance shall be got, done through an authorised applicator of manufacture of membrane. (iv) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescibed by manufacturer.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs and disposing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-0) using 12.5mm graded trap stone aggregates, as in roofs or kerbs, laid in proper slope, rounded or chamfered on edges including all necessary scaffolding or staging as required upto 24M height complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters, taking down of existing broken 5 mm thick plain sheet glass from aluminium sliding window shutters including existing rubber gasket complete, supply and fixing 4.8 mm thick plain sheet glass with and including provision of new rubber gasket and re-fixing the shutters in existing position, complete all as specified and directed.

Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s.
