Rolling and consolidated formation surfaces with 8 to 12 ton Road Rooler complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base) spread thickness 150mm with broker boulders or quarried stone, inter sticesfilled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates Granite trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) for 1st layer 75mm and grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),) for 2nd layer 75mm thick spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces by brooming with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 10Kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.32 per Kg complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, not exc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions, using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid on end vertically of the brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

S/F 300 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in Cement concrete in drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specfied and directed

M & L for brick work in sub class 'B' Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick in (1:4) cm (in two coats (15+5mm) with both coats mixed with liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC will be measured separately).

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfacescomplet e all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification complete all as specified and directed. (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

S&F for Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement convex mirror made of polycarbonate of size 80cm dia (Make : Sun eyes Cat No SE-207 or equivalent as approved by the GE) complete including MS pipe, medium grade, 32 mm bore, 2.00metre high (duly painting of external steel surfaces with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer) with suitable fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, washers etc and inserted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) block of size 300mm x 300mm x 500mm with necessary excavation and disposal of soil as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation etc. or for manholes, cesspits, shafts etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, benching, haunching , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering in CM 1:4 15 mm thick in block masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for channel and drains by using extra cement in manhole incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.
