Taking out unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new cabin fan non -oscillating type axial flow, single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with aluminium powder coated grill complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Make - EMCO/VBM/CINI

Taking out existing LED fittings and supply and fixing new LED fittings (5W) and tube light (20W) with all accessories fixture complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Push botton of COP of desired indiation and existing shape with all eletrical connetion and fixing at existing place with locking arrangement all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repairs of old unserviceable hall push button assembly with new hall push button assemby and including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED dot matrix display with LPI/LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface for 08 PS lift at all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable COP assembly and supply,fixing and testing new car operating panel assembly complete with illuminated push button for floor position alarm non stop ,door open,door close,cabin fan,cabin light stop attend out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connecting with existing control and electric system complete all as specified and directed

Dissmantaling and Taking out all defective batteries from Existing ARD and supply and fixing new maintenance free batteries sutaible for ARD including necessary connection like battery terminals of brass and copper lead heavy duty to connect the battery terminal of 12 V DC,18 AH for each ARD,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs of existing unserviceable shaft wiring in hoist way with new shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multi standard copper conductor 0.75 sqmm & 1.00 sqmm for earthing, 1100 volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24 SWG) up to ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc complete all duly earthed at all points, suitable for Lift complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of complete Governor assembly top and bottom & supply and fixing of Over Speed Governor Complete tripping arrangement mechanism 300 mm dia pulley bottom diverter pulley with ball bearing complete and suitable for 08 mm governor rope suitable for passenger / goods lift having different speed at Naval Dockyard as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rewinding the electric motor of capacity 7.5 HP capacity, disconnecting the electric connection of motors, earth connections, decoupling motor from existing position, removing nuts/bolts and removing the motors from its existing position to workshop (Note : following work are to be deemed in rate quoted) :- (a) Removing the split case/body cover of motor, separate stator/rotor and cutting the complete burnt/defective copper winding. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Cleaning the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with machine, connect all electric/earth connection nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable old control panel and control wiring and Supply & fixing new control panel in hinged MS powder coated cabinet, with control wiring comprising with multiple micro controlled programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal over load protection , over current protection, auto phase reverse link to each other in net work, and compitable to 11 KW capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection including wiring of main motor with suitable size of standard copper cable as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out existing ELCB from machine & Supply & fixing complete new ELCB, 3 phase, 415 volts, 63 A capacity, having sensitivity 300 mA in machine room Make : Legrand/Havells

Supply & Fixing in repair Pre-interlocking gate locks suitable for collapsible type landing doors all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repair MCB DB double door SPN 8 Way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar, IP 54, IK 09 suitable for flush mounting and surface mounting complete etc all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand / Seimens/GE

Supply and fixing in repair Data Base Recorder (DBR) with data management system of lift of control panel of existing capacity and make including all accessories all as specified and directed

Disconnecting & Taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive complete with all electric connection of following capacities Charge Make :- Yasakava / FUJI/Monarch

Dismantling and taking out defective automatic door drive unit and Supply & Fixing New door drive unit with 1.0 HP motor, VVVF Drive car top drive to match with existing system as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable emergency alarm system complete and Supply & fixing new emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out all existing old defective sensor and supply and fixing INFRA RED safety edge with power unit fitted on car door to safe guard passenger entering and leaving the lift all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply & fixing false ceiling made of stainless steel hair line finish, 1.2 mm thick and fitted with aluminium square fan grill and 05 Watt LED at four corners, including removing existing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charg.

Supply & fixing in repairs of old unserviceable ARD control system suitable for 10.0 HP motor including PCB cards / diodes, including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges approved decorative design including backing coat of 10 mm thick CM 1:3 granite slab & jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
