Comprehensive maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of automatic electrical lifts 13 PS (884kg) of Existing Make: Schnidler at NCN Building (G+2) floors having Gearless lift, power operated doors and micro processed collective control system with VVVF drive with repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door locks, control cards, connector/links, hall push buttons covers, rewinding of motor, welding of crecked/broken parts, repair/replacements of door safety edge working at any principal and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or control, COP buttons, car position indicator door sill, car door sill, shaft wiring cables, cabin fan,cabin light, etc complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1.00 (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM or authorized rep of OEM only. (ii) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts its function found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) Lift mechanic (skilled duly trained in 1 No for all the lift mentioned above in General shift including Sunday & holiday. (iv) Lift mechnic should also have practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge to rescue the passenger in case emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator. (v) Lift mechnic having Diploma qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience and shall posses thorough knowledge of all parts of lifts. (vi) Contractor shall submit ID proof, police verification, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engr-in-charge before employing a person as, Lift mechnic. (vii) Each lift should be inspected by Govt authorised lift Inspector and obtain certificate in this effect be submitted to AGE (I) Asvini as per Maharasatra Govt Lift Esclator Act.

(viii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (ix) The detailed lift mechnics of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (x) Cost of minor spare parts/routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. NO addition cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/routine material. (xi) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including the period shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair/repalcement for maintenance & erection of lifts to be repalced during AMC at no extra payment. (xiii) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell.
