Removing Excavated soils exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed.

M&L for M 20 concrete for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

M&L RCC type B1 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall and ceiling surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness exceeding 40mm but not exceeding 60mm ) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of Make M/s. Krishna Conchem (MONOBOND) OR Fosroc (NITOBOND-SBR) OR equivalent brand of Dr. Fixit,as approved by the GE followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked,single component ready to use microconcrete from FOSROC (Renderoc RG) or equivalent or Dr fixit as appoved by GE, at any level/height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturers specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as above but for stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S&F pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall/chajjas upto 4 story bldg, fixed with self taping screws as specified.

M &L for providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including cuting grove in wall and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of antifungal acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100%Acrylic) over a one coat of primer including prepartion of newly plasterd surfaces of walls etc all specified on external surfaces.

M&L preparation of old undecorated surfaces of walls,soffits & fascias of chajjas etc and applying one coats of weather proof Acrylic based paint(100% Acrylic) antifungal exterior emulsion grade over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of oil emulsion distemper with roller over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying with roller Two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F aluminium section in doors/kitchen cuboards ,any type, powder coated in approved colour (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), aluminium section (medium weight of series 'B') or section as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, cut to size, jointed together with cadmium plated steel screws including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium sections for fixing bakelite sheet and all necessary fittings complete, screws,plugs, locking arrangements for cuboard, Nylon ball bearing ,hinges,handle,tower bolt, etc all as specified and directed (Make : JINDAL/HINDALCO) Notes : (i) Weight of aluminium sections shall only be measured. (ii) The supply only rate of bakelite sheet will be measured separately.

Supply only 4.80 to 5 mm thick glass selected quality in each pane for aluminimum door shutters, aluminium partetion wall and sliding windows/ventilator shutters etc n exc 0.50 Sqm each pane and including rubber beading or gasket for aluminium section complete all as specified.

S&F aluminum anodised grill DG- 202 ( 10 mm x 7.5mm ) of Deco grill or equivalent fixed with 'F' section size not less than 20.60 x 15.20 x 1.5mm thick of approved make all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Make shall be of M/s Decogrille of M/s Associated Groups or equivalent as approved by the GE. (ii) Minimum thickness of anodizing shall be 15 microns.

S & F 2nd class hardwood Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints,complete all as spd as directed

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core both faces panel covered with decorative face veneer with lipping all as spd.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in flooring finishes the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as pecified and directed.

Demolition of the existing brick coba treatment over roof slab completely including throughly cleaning complete all as specified and Removal of the demolished material to outside MD land.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for Supply and application of 5 layer SHR water proofing coating system on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preperation followed by one absorption coat of Thermacool WP 51, nano tech modified, UV resistant elastomeric clear coat having min. 50% solids, then over coating with 2 coats of Thermacool WP 51 + cement mixture as water proof coating having +450% elongation, tensile strength min 2.2 MPa and then top coated with 2 coats of Thermacool 0.3 C pure acrylic based UV resistant, non yellowing bio organism resistant ( anti fungal, anti bacterial) Solar IR heat reflective coating confirming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 MPa, passes 20 hrs accelerated durability test , suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt , surface coverage 3.25sqm/ltr/2 coat , DFT 100-120 microns using brush roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should have been tested at IIT or NABL approved lab and application is to be done by approved applicator only. Or equivalent make of Dr.Fixit/ BASF/Fosroc/Tikitar with their specification with authorised applicator with 10 year guarantee

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Steel rolling shutter ( thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated and including taking down of any thickness etc, complete push pull or manual type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 17300.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
