S & F 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for average 300 mm thick pavement quality control concrete (PQC) with minimum flexural strength of 45 kg/sqcm Lower control limit (LCL) at 28 days pavement slab using minimum 400 kg of cement per cum as per IRO-44 (Only 43 grade of OPC in PQC) mixed with non circular synthetic fibre (as per specification given by E-in-C Branch)(paid separatyely) by mechanical means at rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per cum of PQC. The maximum size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.50 mm with gradation as per IRC-44, 2017 laid , spread and compacted with slip form paver. curing and tining by mechanical equipment etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:Non circular synthetic fibre (polyester triangular fibres ) will be paid separately.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements by belting and then by brooming when the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size. straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with using of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with using compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris and applying two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealan complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masked tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4 th thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly using compressed air.and Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris.including applying two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masked tape after filling of sealant as per manufacturer instructions complete as specified and directed.

M & L for 2mm thick (Minimum) and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic luminous paint conforming to IS (First Rivision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) and road marking using Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour should be approved by AGE(I).

M&L for elastomeric concrete Flex O Patch on Runway/Dispersal /Taxi track etc all as per following specifications and as directed :- (a) Cutting/chipping of existing. concrete with concrete cutter in proper allignment removing all loose/concrete dust etc by air blower and carefully cleaning the surfaces as directed to receive new concrete material (b) Applying primer to old concrete surfaces with using pump sprayer or brush covering all the area with primer as directed. (c) Pouring or of approved manufactured nixed with all ingredients as per manufacturea's instructions and pouring the mix in the affected area trowelled to achieve grooved or textured finish including necessary form work all as directed and as per manufacturefs instructions. Note : (a) All the above work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer under necessary certificate rendered by marnufacturer. (b)Work of elastomeric concrete shall be carried out as specified in PS (c) Contractor should produce original purchase vouchers from approved manufacturer for materials incorpotated in the work, (d) The primer shall be allowed to dry 30 mintue before pouring the "Flex O Patch" concrete (e) During repair the disturbed joints of slab shall be made good to full depth as required with sealing complound grade "B" ISI marked without any extra cost and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. Make of primer and Elastomeric concrete FlexO Patch is of company Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd or equivalent in SIKA, BASF, Fosroc.

S & F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and taples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
