(Measurement shall be taken from centre to centre of necessary manholes) Note: - Contractor shall submit necessary documents of Jetting machine vehicle viz RC, Drivers Licence copy, Vehicle Insurance copy etc)

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in drain pipes including forming cradles, suitable for 150mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipe 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in drain pipes including forming cradles, suitable for 200mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) gully trap 125x110mm, setting and jointing to waste pipe pipe with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending day to day complaints by deploying 02 Nos. of safaiwala for 08 hrs in working days to cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/ desludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste / vent pipe, gully traps etc complete up to final drop outlet into septic tanks and soakage well (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required or applicable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The sludge (wet or dry) removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to a distance up to 5 Km or more complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) This item shall contain various complaints regarding blockage of sewage / cleaning which has to be done by 02 Nos. of safaiwala for 08 hrs in each working day. (iii) Complaint shall be completed on same day (handed over till 1600 hrs) (iv) If Safaiwala not attended complaint within time frame mentioned above, 50% per day shall be deducted from quoted rates of this item (v) The contractor shall be responsible for maintain daily job completed by safaiwala deputed by him in the subject work and obtain the signature of I/C complaint cell / Engr-in-charge daily at 1700 hrs on all working days.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for the following dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) 150mm bore

(b) 200 mm Bore

(c) 300 mm Bore

Dismantling of PCC block walling / brick masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling / mass concrete, including demolition of existing concrete of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash Bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius with modular bricks in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement, GI frame work, PVC cornice strip/ fillet / lipping and fixing at site on GI frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 precast cement concrete blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred / stopped end, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone walling / PCC block walling / brick masonry work or concrete surfaces, finish the surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement on internal surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing MS framed work such as framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling of old steel/iron complete all as specified and as directed.
