M&L for Preparing black top surfaces of road with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming tack coat with bitumen primer of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 2.5 kg per 10 sqm and providing and laying bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradient & camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Mixing of SDAC shall be carried out in Hot Mix plant and laying, spreading of SDAC shall be carried out uniformly by using automatic type sensor paver. (ii) Quantity of the Bitumen shall be provided as per design-mix approved by GE. (iii) Design mix for SDAC considering bitumen content as specified shall be carried out by Contractor from any one of the institution as specified in Particulars Specifications.

M&L for applying thermoplastic paint 3mm thick for making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc exceeding 10cm wide on bituminous surfaces, with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sign glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area confirming to MORTH & BIS specification, not less than 2.5mm thick of white/golden/ yellow as approved colour/ shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e. cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in repair solar stud of width 122.5mm, length 132.5mm, height with stump 55mm, stump dia 26mm electronically operated with solar cell LED PCS, Ni-Cd 1400AH Battery with aluminium main frame bottom frame aluminium, reflective in two opposite direction and fixed in road surface as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down old existing unserviceable solar studs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 and necessary earth work including taking down old existing unserviceable delinators complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions including taking down old existing unserviceable cat eyes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs un-breakable traffic convex mirror of 40 inch dia fixed over and including 50mm bore S304 pipe of length 2000mm incl embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300mm x 300mm x 450mm) type B-1 including taking out old unserviceable convex mirror complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : The sample and make of Convex mirror are to be approved by GE as per the ground requirement, before procurement by Contractor.)

Taking down old unserviceable sign board and S&F retro reflective sign board of size 4' x 3' fixed both sides on stainless steel board made out of aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet, 3mm thick fixed on SS-304 series hollow tubular section, 38mm dia. The board shall be provided with reflective tape of quality high intensity chequered type blue colour, letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape. The sign board shall be supported on 2 NOs post of 60mm dia stainless steel pipe, 304 series 3mtr long with round moulded design on top duly embedded in ground of size 450x450x600mm in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary excavation/earthwork etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The sample of sign board is to be approved by GE as per ground requirement before procurement by Contractor.

Carrying out measurement of roughness as per Provn laid down in IRC SP-16-2019. Contractor will engage certified consultants / testing agency and IRI resurfacing value before resurfacing and get particlar road length approved by GE for resurfacing before execution complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 11.00 above but after completion of resurfacing and comparison wih previous data. The IRI value obtained post resurfacing shold have IRI value for "Good" quality post resurfacing complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE FOR SER. ITEM NO. 11 & 12 ABOVE: Measurement of road roughness shall be carried out by SEMT wing CME Pune / Govt. Approved and NABL accredited testing agency)

Dismantling of stone slabs/ tiles/ paver blocks of any description or of any thickness in floors, aprons etc. including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15cm thickness and M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick glossy finish factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of crushed stone sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; over and including 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / floorings complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sample and make of the Kerb stone shall be got approved from GE before bulk procurement by the Contractor)

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of stone, concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggrege) as in cement concrete in roof kerb or mud stops, roounded or chamfered on edges incl, necessary formwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.
